I gave 5 stars for food and drinks, it really is amazing. However the staff there is so bad. I usually stop by as i go to the gym next to it, and every time is the same cashier, between 11-1pm when i usually go, never says hi, always has an attitude and looks angry! Its a shame how great this place is, but the customer service is atrocious.

My and my husband ordered the chicken wrap and chicken sandwich and the chicken was very dry and had no flavor, and we also ordered 2 juices and they didn't mix the fruits and the veggies properly, overall my experience was not pleasant, we definitely not coming back.

I have been coming to the Spot Cafe (not regularly) for 8 years and genuinely always enjoy the delicious food and friendly service. I am even willing to park in a Trader Joe’s parking lot to eat here and that’s saying a lot!

We won’t be returning.I asked my son to pick up a smoothie and a chili to bring home. We had been good customers for the last few years and I have had the chili many times. But, this time it tasted off—really off. So I asked my son to bring it back and request a credit. They were unable to credit his account (opted out of receipt) and they couldn’t find the charge (had been about 20 minutes) and so they gave him a store credit that was LESS than the amount of the item purchased. Not okay. Two wasted trips down there, possibly bad food, customer service non-existent.

She is vegetarian and THIS place is legit best at variety and freshness. Simply a delicious recipe made fresh for great prices. THANK YOU for feeding my big sister for me!

I really liked it but the coffee was dark and I don’t know if they had other choices because they didn’t offer and I’m not a dark roast person. ?? The other thing for me is a pet peeve of cafes with a sort of connoisseur vibe but only creamer in the little portable diner servings. ? Seating is mostly outdoor but nice vibe for black pour over dark roast coffee.
This was the cutest spot with wholesome cafe feels and great quality food? Absolutely recommend! Customer service was also so sweet ??

I was having a good experience ? until I requested the staff to cut my sandwich in HALF. Unfortunately she doesn't know the term HALF. Making a disaster of my sandwich. ?? I still eat it the ham is the expensive one so delicious and the coffee ☕☕ perfect. Despite the crumble sandwich I will return.?

Everything food wise is delicious and fresh. Love the variety of vegetarian, vegan, breakfast, lunch, smoothies, salads, açaí bowls... you name it. They carry Homeboy Industries baked goods as well - glad to support a good cause! Owner is really nice -- A friendly, neighborhood business that offers fundraising options as well. Plus, they are always bumping the best tunes, lol!
