Definitely underrated boba place here! Don't let the outside of it trick you because once inside its very nice. They give samples, good price, and if you want you get to make your own drink. What more do you need! 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing atmosphere, felt like I was at home but at a party at the same time. Amazing prices, honestly shocked how cheap it was. Cute decorations, do not be fooled by the looks from outside. Inside it’s very alive and welcoming. Huge variety of flavors and the workers are so patient I probably spent ten minutes trying to decide as I had so many options and everything sounded so good. Not once did I feel unwelcomed and the drinks came out in a total of two minutes. The service was absolutely amazing.

No flavor, ordered 2 Boba Smoothies in different flavors and no additional sweeteners. Both had zero flavor, not sure what the point of a main flavor is if they have no flavor, we don’t like the taste of sweetened drinks. Walked outside and threw them away.

Got Blackberry pomegranate black tea today at 1pm. It's not only incredibly watery and lacks flavor, but the color isn't even a red (as it normally is) and is very light. It tastes like I paid $5.50 for water. Along with that, the drink is mostly Ice, there's barely anything to drink. Tastes horrible, too, like just sugar mixed with water, there's no flavoring. I'm not sure who made this, but I think it's the man this shift. It tastes not at all good, I wouldn't recommend coming early Tuesday or during that shift.

This is absolutely my favorite tea hut! I always pull up for my usual brown sugar milk tea, normal sweet with light ice. They don't disappoint. It's usually over run with the babies from the high school across the street so definitely pull up before 2pm if you can help it. The flavor combinations are literally endless and the samples are always a hit. Of course there's boba, both normal and mini sized for my boba girlie's and let's not forget how any milk tea can become a smoothie and any flavored tea can become a slush! You can even collect points for every beverage purchase and they have some cute gear if you love to collect tshirts! Go get you some asapmediately!
I recently visited Boba Spot next to 24 Hour Fitness and unfortunately, it wasn’t a great experience. First off, I didn’t receive a RECEIPT, which is always a bit concerning. The staff, mostly young kids, seemed more focused on chatting with each other than providing good service. I don’t think it’s appropriate for employees to be so distracted while on the clock.
Both times I’ve been there, the atmosphere felt negative and disappointing. I paid nearly $9 for a boba drink, only to find there was very little boba in it. This was on a weekend, so you’d think they’d be more mindful of quality and service. Based on my experiences, I won’t be returning.

Great, but no restroom. They do have gift cards which are perfect gifts for the teenagers that stop by from upland high. Also love that my daughter can pop in after school if she's waiting for something. Tuesdays it's 5 dollars for the large drink. Overall it's really a great value for bona these days. Keeps it affordable for the kiddos.

When ordering my drink I saw a roach run across the floor. Thought it was a trick of the eye at first but when waiting for my drink i saw another one. Hopefully this isn’t an ongoing issue but I will not be returning anyways.
