I'm going here for over 10 years. There was a bit of a hiccup a couple of years ago during COVID, but I was glad to share my feedback with the staff today that the style of kabob they do now is the way it should be. Traditional Koobideh from the Persian culture.
My wife and I wanted to try something new and found Upland Kabob on Google Maps.
My wife ordered a Mediterranean Salad with a Chicken Kabob, I ordered a Chicken Kabob with a Lima bean rice side.As they had just opened they didn't have that item ready yet, and I date and raisin rice. Which I was asked if I ever had before. "No" I replied but I was open to try.

This is my favorite place to eat Kabab Koobideh! It’s always perfectly cooked and so tasty with its jasmine rice and small salad.
Staff are very nice as well and restaurant is pleasant and well decorated.
