This place has quickly become my favorite spot to grab a bite to eat. The food is consistently delicious, the staff are friendly, and the peace of mind knowing the all the food is fully vegan takes a weight off my shoulders. My personal favorites are the cali burrito and the buffalo 66 sandwich!

My sisters and I decided to try this place out since my sister is vegetarian. To our disappointment the customer service was terrible and the "birria" and tortilla on the loaded quesadilla was very dry. I really wanted to like this location. The only plate we liked was the "pulled pork" Mac and cheese. For the owner being there it seemed like she cared more about being on her phone than greeting and making her customers feel welcome. Not worth $70. Especially for the portions. Music was a vibe though.

yes we been knew their birria is the best in the game but their ASADA TACOS??? ALSO THE BEST IN THE GAME. even my basically carnivore boyfriend was trying to fight me for a taco because he said they're so good. their tuesday taco deal is amazing and the asada is seasoned so well super smoky and tasty. also their customer service is a 15/10. the employees are so friendly and nice. i'll be back for vegan huevos rancheros later this week ps. also the best horchata

Ate there with the family and some friends a few days ago, no one was manning the front. We waited for a few minutes and then someone came out. We ordered a significant amount of food. To our disappointment some dishes were greasy, lukewarm and flavorless. One of the tacos of the taco trio had sand in it. We were expecting it to be as good as some of the other reviews had mentioned. What a huge letdown. The service and the quality were lethargic, I don’t recommend this restaurant.

First of all, let me tell you the food is good, but the reason that they're only getting two stars for me is because the customer service sucks now I walked in. There was only one person eating at a table and nobody was in the front so I went to the restroom when I came back out of the restroom. There was a person standing in line, and there was still nobody helping him, the person then told me to go in front of him. because I was here first and he still hadn't decided on what he wanted so I told him OK thank you and then I stepped to the front and the person that was running the cashier still wasn't there after about five minutes he finally came out and took my order While I was sitting down, waiting for my order, the gentleman that told me to go ahead of him waited an additional 10 minutes for him to even order his food because the gentleman that was running the cash register disappeared to the back and then after that there was about three more people came in and they waited an additional 10 minutes by the time my food came. There was probably three people in line and nobody had acknowledged the three people that were in line just bad Customer Service come on guys, you could do better
10/10 food, 10/10 music, 10/10 everything oh my god the taco trio meal with birria was sooooo good i am ascending into heaven this was hands down some of the best food i have ever had I am definitely coming back

All hail Viva. My favorite spot for vegan mexican food. Everything I've had has been outrageously delicious. The crunchwrap and cali burrito are some of my favorites. Their aguas frescas are always so tasty as well. You owe it to yourself to go here

I’ve tried the quesabirria tacos with consume, SOOO GOOD. My partner is not vegan and he loved them too (and he loves the real meat birria tacos). Last time I visited, I tried the Asada California Burrito and added onions and cilantro inside and it was exactly the type of burrito I crave but can never find. It reminded me of taco truck burritos I used to get before I was vegan!! Most vegan restaurants burritos are very… not authentic lol, Taco Bell style, but Viva Vegan does it right <3 the photo of the burrito DOESNT DO IT JUSTICE!!! LolVegetarian options: All vegan!!! :)

This is a friendly, cheerful place. The people at the counter were helpful and took time to explain extra options that weren't listed on the menu. both of us thought the food was delicious. We ordered a taco trio meal and the quesabirrias. They were out of carnitas, but the oyster mushroom, birria and asada tacos were flavorful and would be difficult to make in your home. The quesabirrias was just as described...crispy and gooey. The home made habanero hot sauce had just the right heat. I wish they would open a location in Long Beach! We are waiting for you!
