Found this in my chicken bowl it stabbed me in my mouth while I was eating good thing I didn’t swallow it but also let’s start with the customer service and how dirty this place is I’ve never seen such lazy people that don’t want to work every worker at this location seems miserable and could careless about there customer service when I sit down to wait for my order the tables are always dirty with waba sauce it’s just a bad environment to eat ur food at corporate will be called and hopefully they can hire a better staff.

Terrible customer service! My bowl fell on the floor and the girl was ok with giving it to me. Gave me an attitude because I asked if she could remake it. Was speaking in Spanish to the cook and i understood everything t she was saying. I will NEVER return to this WABA grill. Looked very dirty ad well.

The old man who works in the back is the worst cook. Everytime I order and he is there my food lacking. The steak is over cooked, dry and chewy. My dumplings are not cooked all the way. It is like they didnt even boil them correctly. The edges are hard as a rock and the inside is still cold. I can see why less and less people are coming to this location. They have lost all forms of quality. On top of that. I ordered 2 sides of dumpling but he only wanted to give me one sauce for them. I had to assure him each side comes with a sauce. Overall I can sense greedy and lack of quality. I wont be coming back to this location until there is change with the cook.

I hadn’t been to this location in a while and have recently been back a few times since February of 2025. On each occasion, the staff has been so friendly and have gone above and beyond. The food is on point and my order is always perfect! I have even stayed and eaten my lunch and the atmosphere is relaxing and clean. I highly suggest this spot for a quick, delicious and healthy lunch.

Very poor customer service. The employees seem miserable. And a previous visit, I watched two customers orders get skipped by orders that were taken after theirs. I feel these employees should be retrained. The Waba on Grove and Philadelphia Ave is the best location, by far

Very disappointed. I came here about 3 weeks ago, no complaints. However, tonight was horrible. I got the chicken rice veggie bowl. When I opened it I could actually see the bottom if the bowl. Very little rice. The veggies were cold and not all the way cooked. I ordered the taco trio for my husband ( meaning 1 of each taco). The cashier took it upon himself to make them all 3 chicken. Asked for green onions and sauce on the side ( which I didn't get). His food was cold as well.For the prices we are paying now day you would expect ppl to actually prepare you food the way they would like their food. For the cashier. Maybe next time make eye contact with you customers. If I did something wrong on ordering my food ASK QUESTIONS.
