If I could give a zero I would would not let me use the restroom was going to buy something they just looked at me and didn't say nothing I sat and waited for 15 minutes would not open restroom or give me service

So I went here because, I was starving and came from Moreno valley to the consignment this little piggy , across the street. My only thing that I didn’t like is the drive thru . Like they didn’t say something like ok madam that your order is complete . OR EVERYTHING IS IN THE BAG SO HAVE A GREAT DAY OR NICE DAY OR WHATEVER. I was sitting in my car thinking okay. & I look up & this Mexican lady says. Ok you need to move. I’m Mexican too. But she didn’t say anything nice. Or back as of it. There a car behind you. I have to get them. In instead they should say if it’s other person or they switched persons for the drive-through they need to say OK have a nice day. Everything is in the bag like I said above. That was very unprofessional of them. Need more p personality training. sitting that in the car waiting for them to say OK that’s it but the lady that was there just looked at me and just be saying like OK well, I have somebody waiting. I don’t recommend going there. With that experience.

I am happy that they keep this place clean nowadays. It used to be little odd before. In my last two visits I've noticed a change. As usual the fries are well prepared and tasty!

Interesting location. They charge for every sauce requested, which is a very good way to lose your customer . Mexican lady at the drive thru windows needs to do something else, poor customer service skills.

Worst experience of my life. All i asked was for a recommendation and they got their manager who then continued to say he couldn't hear me even though he clearly did after I repeated myself. Terrible customer service, they should be fired. They made a comment as I drove away too. Straight rude.

They always mess up my order because the person who takes orders doesn't speak or understand English. Then, when they are corrected, they get an attitude. They always throw the sandwiches together, expecting people to eat them as is. It's disgusting!

I ordered two combos one was plain and they had me pull around the front to wait for my order. I ended up having to go inside to get my order. Slow service.

Usually go through the drive through a couple times a week and get the parmesan Caesar salad. Quite a good salad, good value for the money. Went through this afternoon Saturday. The 23rd ordered my usual parmesan Caesar. Got home and it was another salad with apples and other fruits and some red dressing. I called letting the restaurant know. The girl apologized. And that was it.
