I went thru the drive thru for two biggie bags and they gave me regular nuggets when i decided to go back into the drive thru to replace these nuggets they had the audacity to still give me regular nuggets, and the staff had the nerve to be upset w me when im a paying customer

We went in for the special son of baconator for$3 which ends 3/16/25 and I was told it was no longer $3 today so they sold me the regular baconator for $8 and some change. Not satisfied with service!

This particular Wendy's was fine, prompt courteous service, clean service and dining area, acceptable quality and value.
Poor customer service. Food wasn't fresh. Waste of money.
Would have given them 0 stars if possible. They didn't give back our debit card and charged us for the next customer's order. The food made me sick, and we had to inconvenience ourselves to go back when we missed our debit card later. Nothing was offered for our inconvience, although I would have been scared to eat anything. Bad service.
It is 12/10/24, and we still haven't received our money back for the next customer's order. It looks as if the cashier charged our card fraudulently, but then what did she do with the payment the next customer offered her? So frustrating. Beware this Wendy's store.

Ordered Mushroom Bacon Cheeseburger, single Daves Hamburger, fries and Salted Caramel Frosty. Mushroom Bacon burger was overloaded with spread, had what appeared to be a quarter slice of bacon and one mushroom. Hamburger I received had two patties and some spread on one side so very dry. Wanted single patty. Fries were very good and shake was awesome. But won’t be back just for those two items.

Bad customer service and also the food still cold. Ordered the chicken sandwich and If it cold like after sitting a while I might be still understand, but this one cold like just grab from fridge, the bun still cold from fridge. Also ordered baconator fries and the cheese not even melted and still cold.

not good service
The food is okay. Here, it's a hamburger and fries yum, but the children taking you order always tend to get it wrong and somewhat disrespectful. Make you wonder if there's a manager that listens in once in a while to see how they're doing. Period if so, I'm going to say this manager is not doing his job or her. I can go get a hamburger just about at every place. She can order food. What decides where I go is how I'm treated, and if they get my order, correct the most important thing. Who knows? I may be the only one who feels this way, but my daughter's from now on will not go to Wendy's. Thanks to their employees.

Waiting 10 minutes just to order. Should of just went to the drive thru but maybe it’s worst there smh
I waited around 5 minutes, employed saw me since I first coming. None of them help, I decided to leave, I saw 2 American ladies walk before me, got help right away. I’m Hispanic apparently I have to wait. So sad you get to be judged by your own people.
