I don't know the owners name but she was absolutely 100 percent so courteous, friendly, attentive and very humorous! She treated my husband and me like we were family. Her Stagg was amazing. The food was delicious and the restaurant was very clean. We even got treated to free ice cream cones!!

I walked in and was ignored for 10 minutes, so I left.A woman was cleaning the floors and filled a vat with fries, without washing her hands. The drive thru person did not acknowledge my presents inside.

Just got my order from Uber eats, and everything was delicious. You can tell they took their time to make my food. My chili dogs had the right amount of chili and my fries were still crisp not soggy.

Went drive thru this evening and Myer helped us. He was so kind and easy to talk to. You could hear the smile in his voice! He was newer (we could hear the lady in the background guiding him), but confident and had us taken care of in no time! He seriously made our night! It's so rare to find quality, KIND, hardworking, and efficient employees these days but Myer embodied all of that and we were glad to meet him and talk for a few minutes. Keep grinding Myer! Your hardwork will pay off!

As someone who has been a customer here often this was plenty upsetting. I go in this afternoon and asked if I could use the restroom and was told that if I'm not buying anything that I could not because the restroom is only for paying customers. This ensures that I will not be coming back. 11/29/23 at 12:30pm date and time of this happening. Also, the woman who spoke to me seemed to be in charge and had a very disrespectful tone towards me. I don't appreciate this treatment as I am a clean cut city worker and just needed to use the restroom as I am a diabetic. Maybe she should consider getting gainful employment elsewhere. Just a thought. Wish I could give no stars as the attitude of that one employee was very bad. I'll be sure to tell all my coworkers and colleagues to not give their business here any longer. That was just petty and pathetic in my personal opinion, I mean, you work at Weinerschnitzel lady! Get real!!!
The Rye bread for the Polish Sandwiches is dry and stale! They get mad when you ask for fresh bread. The edges of the bread are hard as a rock because they don't close the bread wrapper after the get your bread out if the wrapper. I've seen this happen over and over.

I stopped in to get my kids a quick lunch. The order taker left out one of my items, but I was lucky to catch the mistake before I left the window. When I got home, I discovered this abomination that was supposed to be my corn dog. Yuck! It was so burned, it was inedible.

FOOD POISONING On Friday June 23 rd my husband drove thru at lunchtime and got a corn dog and chili dog. He did not feel well after eating but thought he had just eaten too much. A day and a half later he was violently ill. Vomiting and severe diarrhea. We are sure it was food poisoning, from this place because we ate all the same food after his suspect lunch and I was not sick. This also rules out stomach flu. He was very sick for more than 24 hours, and weak for another 24 hours. I have always noticed that the food is not hot. Maybe this is the problem. We will never go back to this location. Too bad. I love their mustard dogs.
