Ordered my food about 45 minutes before pickup and they were still 15 minutes late on the pick up time despite not being busy.

I will say they did give us extra fries though and ranch and I really appreciated that. I didn’t discover that until we got back home.

The food is usually good from here but the timing is pretty bad

. Then they say it’s going to be “5 minutes” but it’s not.

Not very happy at all. Respecting people’s time is so important

I want to share my experience at this Wingstop location because it was extremely disappointing and not handled professionally.

I placed an order for all flats, well-done wings. I’ve never been charged extra for all flats before at other locations, but I decided not to make an issue of it because I simply wanted my food done correctly. Unfortunately, when I received my order, the wings were not well done.

I politely asked for them to be remade, and they agreed. However, the second batch was even worse soft, undercooked, and soggy, which is the complete opposite of well-done. When I expressed that I was still unhappy with the food, instead of trying to resolve the issue, the manager began going back and forth with me, insisting that the wings were well done when they clearly were not.

I asked for a refund so I could simply take my business elsewhere, and they refused to refund my money. The manager repeatedly said that the food was made “correctly” to their standards, even though I was the paying customer and was clearly dissatisfied. At the end of the day, whether they thought it was acceptable or not, I still paid for something I would not eat.

Any professional establishment should want the customer to leave satisfied especially when they clearly failed to deliver the product as requested. Instead, they made it difficult, were dismissive of my complaints, and ultimately refused to refund me.

This was extremely disappointing, especially because at other Wingstop locations I have never had this type of issue. Not only did they keep my money for food that I could not eat, but they also lost a customer today due to their lack of professionalism and unwillingness to correct their mistake.

Horrible experience with them today. Placed a large order to enjoy during the World Series. They improperly packed wet veggies causing the bag to tear spilling food all over my driveway. Went back and missed half the game I paid for and all they offered was a soda.

They messed up my order , called them back and they told me they would fix it just to make me wait 25 minutes to forget that I was there and not even compensate or offer something free only a ranch . Horrible service ! Definitely not coming back here . They used to be better ! What happened ??

Its 4th of July, 2025. No cooking for me today. But I want something tasty. Ordered my favorite wings, bone in, lemon pepper. Yum. Called first to make sure they were open.
A friendly female voice answered. Her name was Valerie. She advised that they were open and thanked me for calling. So, I ordered, drove down there to pick it up. I saw that Valerie was there working very hard with a smile on her face. She worked the register, and flipped the fries and corn.. She is an excellent multi tasker. Thank you Valerie for working today, on a holiday.

I am so disturbed by my experience here after I was served RAW chicken! I ordered lunch to-go and took a bite of my chicken tender and noticed that it was abnormally tough. So I take a look at the inside after I had already taken one bite and it was raw! I took it back to show the staff and the manager started to pull apart the other chicken tenders after she saw the raw piece that I bit into and sure enough, the other chicken strips were also raw. So disgusting. I really hope I don’t get sick from this because I did digest a bit before without realizing. To be determined…

The manager offered me to make a new batch after that but I was so disturbed and disgusted, there is no way I am eating there again so I just opted for a refund and that was all they had to offer. And have to wait 7 days. If you zoom in, you can see the RAW chicken! 🤢

Absolutely horrible service. I came in to pick up a simple order and gave them the order number, yet the staff seemed completely unorganized and couldn’t find it. What made it worse was how rude they were to my wife — no apology, no effort to help, just attitude. Extremely disappointing experience. Management really needs to get it together.

I always came here to this wingstop and I never got this burnt chicken. We waited an extra 20 mins, it was probably getting burnt during those 20 mins. Y’all need to stop being lazy and check on my chicken.

Last time eating here. My last 4 visits they got my order wrong 3 times. I was only offered free fries for there mistake! They even got that wrong I asked for EXTRA fry seasoning and they put NO seasoning on them. Everytime I go in there other customers are complaining about wrong/missing items. Time to do a rehire.
