Been to this yoshinoya a couple times and it's been very quiet and clean food is hot and delicious but portions of food have gotten smaller staff here is very friendly will definitely be back when I'm in the area

Sorry had to do this after my recent visit 3/2/25
Yoshinoya cheaped out and reduced the amount of food and used even smaller bowl than before
This crosses the line for me and my family, I hope you the franchise knows what they are doing and not be the next chain to go bankrupt.

Aeros Soul

Bad experience with recent employees from Malakai and Jazmin because not only I was hang up but the gyozas were undercooked and hard on the sides. They cooked them since they stopped cooking them on 7 pm. Meaning it was a mistake that mistreating customers and maling explicit behaviors that not mean't for standards. Should they get their jobs taken away? Do not go here if you are getting rude responses on phone call or in store.

Had to update this review. I have been to Yoshinoya many times and tonight was the rudest experience at any store I can Remember. Ordered online and picked up food was ready and Bobba was not. Waiting 10 mins or so with my food getting cold in hand I walked to the counter while Bobba was finally being made and a male employee told me he would call me when ready. I let him know I was ready. As my food was cooling off. He proceeded to repeat himself rudely as one of the young lady's finished the drink. The machine needed a new box put in although I had ordered at least a half hour prior. He was the only guy tonight January 12 a little before 7. He will loose your many customers with that attitude. I have come to this store 20 years and an saddened to see guys who work like him there..

Food is okay, usually don't have a problem.

Cashier's can be either normal or rude, easily offended, terrible service. Hit or miss.

I walk in at 9:05pm. "It's gonna be 10 minutes for the rice." OK. No problem. 5 minutes later. "Are you guys gonna take my order." "Yes, I can take your order, but we don't have chicken." Gtfoh! They were hoping I would just walk out because of their laziness! Pathetic! Won't be coming back!
