Seriously what is up with the employees that work there? Truly lack basic customer service skills. Definitely a reflection of poor management for hiring people who can't interact with patrons.It was my first time there. The place was clean inside, but the food was salty, I won't be back.

Food is not bad. The workers here are a miserable bunch. Two different times I ordered through the apps, and two different times multiple items were missing. This time around, two items and two drinks were missing. When I asked about the drinks, one girl said “there were no drinks with this order”. It was not until I pointed out the orders on the receipt taped to the bag, then she expressionlessly handed over the cups. I didn’t realize the two food items were missing until later because they tied the bag up (rather neatly actually).These workers do not deserve having jobs.

First and last time eating there only serious worker is the chef don’t know why there was six other workers laughing just playing around very uncomfortable and disrespectful. I’m not ok with a grown man heavy set employee making peeing gestures in front of my kids, so unprofessional.

Just wanted to satisfy my desire for thinly sliced marinated beef over rice (gyudon). I ended up ordering gyudon without the don… if that makes sense. So the combo XL allows you to order 2 proteins and says it is 50% more than the regular combo. This combo XL costs $12. Since it came out just made the proteins were delicious. As usual the reheated frozen veggies were soft and soggy. I skipped rice since sometimes they come mushy. Make sure to add the salted ginger slices as condiments. I also ordered boba drink at the end for $4. It is okay for boba made at a yoshinoya. There is plenty of parking on the lot in front of store.

I love this place ..I have been going to different Yoshinoya locations and I never ever have a problem .. but this one incident I was very unhappy..the meat tasted so bad and very dry. I usually finish my food.. but I forced myself to eat this and I just could not.. I don't like to complain because I get worried that if I say something v my food would be tampered with..pls fix this problem . I will come back ...maybe more sauce .. something.. it was very very dry..and tasted very odd

went in around 11am to order two beef bowls once I got to where I was heading j tried the food and rice was hard , beef looked so bright brown and was so salty. Was a bad experience wasn’t

So, on this day, a bad experience.Ordered 3 Combo XL Bowles, and all had mushy rice. The beef was undercooked and the chicken was overcooked.The side vegetables that came with the order had mostly cabbage, nothing against cabbage but please don't forget the carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower.I also ordered a side of Udon Noodles, very dry and might of been old.Overall, not satisfied with today's visit.

Tried to use a coupon from the app while my wife and baby were in car. My wife gave me a screen shot of the QR code and the coupons usually have a timed code. However the cashier did NOT want accept it, did not even attempt to scan it stating it was against policy. So I had to call my wife to come out the car with our kid just to get our loyalty discount. Had to make other people wait in line so it not only inconvenienced me it inconvenienced other customers as well. I asked where the policy was for them not honoring this since it was not in the app nor anywhere in site at the location, and they said I would need to speak to the DM and OF COURSE the DM was no where to be contacted. GO TO THE ONE OFF VINEYARD FROM HERE ON OUT!Edit: when I got home ...MY ORDER WAS Wrong!! RIDICULOUS !!!
