Honestly, I’m furious this place exists so close to me. It’s completely ruined my willpower and it’s all that I think about. Sometimes I think I need a disguise so they don’t recognize me. Every time I swear I’ll cook at home, I somehow end up here again. The food is way too good, the staff way too friendly, and now my wallet is crying because I keep coming back. Zero self-control left… thanks a lot. I can’t even post a photo of the banh mi bc I keep finishing it before I can even take a picture. And they have military discount. 10/10.

One of the best boba spots in town! The drinks are consistently delicious. The owner is super friendly and the service is fast. I love the cozy atmosphere and how clean the place is. Definitely my go-to spot when I’m craving something sweet and refreshing. Highly recommend

We stopped in on a whim and boy were we glad we did! Excellent bang mi sandwiches, and Thai iced teas! Tons of choices very fresh ingredients a very cute pleasant environment with lovely staff. I would highly recommend getting the number two sandwich!

This place is my fav in the area! Both the banh mi and boba are top quality - i got the chicken banh mi and the tropical oolong tea with boba. the banh mi had high quality bread and super fresh meat, and the drink had tons of real fruit and perfectly textured boba pearls. the mango stars are also a great topping for this and other fruit teas.

They have a great variety drinks and snacks! For drinks we got the Vietnamese coffee, the strawberry orange peach oolang tea and a strawberry peach smoothie. Then we got a grilled pork banh mi and the popcorn chicken and fries. The Vietnamese coffee is strong (as usual). The smoothie is fresh. The fruit tea is refreshing. I think I enjoyed the banh mi the most. It has fresh ingredients, perfect baguette. It was satisfying. The shop is cutely decorated. I recommend this shop and I would go again!

I ordered two drinks.The one on the left hand side is a Vietname condensed milk coffee which is bạc xỉu in Vietnamese and the one on the right hand side is the traditional milk tea. Both of the drinks are good. Just the right amount of sweetness and ice. I love supporting Vietnamese business and just love Vietnamese condensed milk coffee so it's a win win for me and will come back to try other drinks as well and try out their food 😇

april 10, 2025. this was the closest i could get bahn mi. its up there, just like any bahn mi i had in san jpse vietnam town. the bread/baguette was great to me. soft, crunch to it and warm goodness. i liked the boba as well, got the oolong milk tea. was good as well. inside the joint was nice and cozy. order was okey, just be patient as they make your bahn mi. overall, s'all good in and out of this joint.
