Dining area closed without any explanation at the door… not a sign or anything at 3:30pm. Beautiful sunny day.Communication is a must in a business.Communicate with your clients.You waste our time.At least 3 families stopped with us to enter and we were all trying to open the door.#burgerking

My past experiences here haven't been super, but I came in, 20 minutes before closing, and got the best chicken sandwich of my life. I felt bad about coming in so close to closing time. But she was still very nice. I'm only writing this review because I got the best chicken sandwich ever. Super juicy and flavorful and warm. I only glanced at the name tag, so I don't remember the name fully, but I believe it was Leticia. If I ever see her again, I'll be excited, cause I know I'm about to have the best sandwich ever. I'd say she's their best worker, as all the other times I've come it has never been this good.

If I could give no stars I would. This place is disgusting. Food was undercooked...not to mention what I Oran's paid for was not even close to what I was given. I asked for a refund because I was disgusted with the food given and they refused a refund.
I'm never eating here ever again.I'm 2 hours into waiting for my food now , I tried calling them 12 times during the wait with ZERO people answering their phone.This is the first I had happen whenever I ordered for delivery.

What in the world is wrong with this Burger King? On two separate occasions I've gone through the drive thru in the morning and literally no one gets on the speaker to take my order. The first time this happened I pulled up to the window and the lady was so rude and looked at me like I was nuts for ordering at the window and never even apologized for the wait. Against my better judgment I decided to give them a try again this morning And the exact same thing happened! I drove right through this time and won't be back.

If you want to eat a cold , not fresh sandwich ,just go this branch. I guess they cook befor you arrive at store, just wrap it and give it to you. Customer service is so bad.
