I was rushing getting kids from daycare and trying to get them some food. and the wait was not long at all, food tasted fresh and hot.Kid-friendliness: They were kind enough to realize there was rowdy kids in the car and fighting so the employees gave them a crown each so they can be interested in that and not in the fight.
The customer service there is terrible. The workers in the drive thru has no customer service manners. They speak to you in a very condescending,, short rude way. This is not 5 time they've done this... If it wasn't for my parents liking their burgers I would never buy food from here.

My past experiences here haven't been super, but I came in, 20 minutes before closing, and got the best chicken sandwich of my life. I felt bad about coming in so close to closing time.
