I don't recommend this place. The boba was not fresh, and the place was not clean.

Honestly, I've been coming here since the original owners opened shop. It was my favorite boba spot-until today.I had the free boba from my points, and I got a medium and a large boba, they charged me for the large instead of the medium. Said I had to make two separate purchases in order to get the better deal (after I paid). Then I get my tea and they pull some Starbucks scam! Gave me a cup full of half ice! Like what! I'll just go to Starbucks next time, at least they will honor a better deal with my free points! Thanks for everything guys and good luck!!

Been there several times and seems the employees get worse every time. The last few visits the boba pearls were always out and no one in there working was proactive to have them available, this last one the same thing... one thin that gave me a bad vibe and that helped me decide not to ever come back it the 3 people in behind the counter while I filled the cups with my kids they received a strange teenager that came in to the shop all suspicious and quiet with a nervous face, he was directed by them to go behind the counter while one of the girls handed the other girl a bunch of 20 dollar bills they all talked quietly and the guy immediately leaves without buying anything and with the same quiet ans suspicious face. Honestly not going back to that place. The drinks are not bad, but just the onward service you get and the things happening in front of my kids eyes are enough to not go back.

I'm giving this place 3 stars because although the boba is delicious and I love the fact that you can fill your cup. however, I came in just today and it is supposed to be open however nobody was there and the doors were locked Maybe they should change their hours because I drove over there to get some boba only to see that there's nobody there they need to update the hours of operation

Fantastic. I ended up getting the honey dew smoothie with boba and was not disappointed. They allow you to fill your own cup with boba and jellies. So good ?

I've been in few times recently. I love the drinks, love the pick you own boba. Can't stand 2 female employees. They are not friendly, they are fake. I witnessed them discourage customers from ordering food. To stove is a mess, looks like it hasn't been cleaned in few days. I swear the same utensil and foil were still on the stove from days before. It has the feel of being run down and dirty. One of the employees was wearing nothing but a Bralette and some pants with belly jewelry. Again love the idea of boba Cafe but the rest is very questionable.

This place rules. One of my favorite boba places ever. Absolutely the best I've had between the bay and Sac. It isn't as expensive as other places and tastes just as good if not better. More great flavors to choose from than chains like RareTea/ShareTea and the best part is you can choose a medley of toppings in your drink like you're at a froyo place. Never seen that before. I want to go here every day.
