Line was long but moved quickly. The employees don't greet the customer any long and other than asking you to pay do not speak to you after you order. Sadly the atmosphere is declining.
Ice cream was great and the store was clean. I also noticed that the cashier named Katie was very patient with the lady in front of me. The women admitted to not knowing what size cake she wanted when making her order but demanded “some kind of refund” when she realized that the cake was too small upon pickup. Unfortunate that workers have to endure poor treatment but Katie handled the customer with a great amount of professionalism.
Excellent ice cream but I did not have a good experience on my last visit. I ordered what I usually order in the "Gotta Have It" size. Usually when they prepare a little more than the cup can hold, they give you the extra amount in either the next size up or a tiny cup when you get the larger size. Anyway, this time around, the young lady left half of my mix-ins on the prep table and when I asked her about my extra ice cream she said I had to pay for it. I was charged...
