Jamba offers exceptional customer service, with employees going above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. Despite a hiccup with a smoothie, the red-haired employee remade it until the customer was happy. The staff is described as kind, thoughtful, and friendly. Another customer was grateful for the remake of a pb+banana protein smoothie that didn't taste right from another location. The drinks here were made perfectly, and the Jambarista with glasses was particularly appreciated. The food is fresh, the smoothies are delicious, and the manager, Shannon, motivates and encourages the staff to do their best.
