Dutch Bros is so overrated - it's not good coffee if you have to load it up with 700 calories of sugar and cream.
We walked up to the window to order and watched almost a dozen cars go through the drive-thru before they even STARTED to make our coffees.

Went here for a coffee stop to get our coffee fix for the drive. Asked the person taking orders what is in their protein based drinks and if it was whey. But she was less than enthusiastic about me asking/answering my question/checking what is actually in it. I was only asking because I am allergic to Casein.

Coffee menu was extensively and huge! Took a while to decide on what I wanted but ended up going with the iced caramel protein latte and that tasted amazing and for a reasonable price too!
Gotta love this place. Even with a line wrapped around the corner. The friendliness of the service is never compromised and we get in and out just in time to make it to our daily appointments with our customers. For our clients birthday they gave us a mocha drizzle with whip cream and confetti on top and even wrote happy birthday on the lid. Talk about going the extra mile! Although it is a wheelchair accessible service window and parking due to the busyness of the parking lot we just go through the drive-through and get the smile on the run

I asked for two cappuccinos. After a quick search it turned out that this was also in the system. $13-. Quite pricey. But if it's good cappuccino, that's okay. Unfortunately... what I got was just shy of dishwater. I went back and showed that this is not acceptable. The employee said: "oh yes, oh yes, this one is not good..I'll make another one" You should never give such a cappuccino away! The new cappuccino was better, but still not worth $13. (I could see that the staff was working hard and it was very busy. Perhaps the cappuccino could be better from the range!
