I recently visited your store and wanted to share my experience. Unfortunately, I found the customer service to be lacking, as the staff were not very attentive or courteous. Additionally, the Red Bull energy drink I ordered was not filled to the requested size; I asked for a large cup, but it was only partially filled.

I usually love this Dutch & the people there are so sweet & considerate. Today, I was in line and this person and I pulled up at the same time. I got done with my order first so I continued to funnel into the one line. I was almost into the one line and the car next to me almost hit me to scoot in front of me so I honked. One of the workers I have never seen before with jorts, combat boots & a hat came over to my window. Started off hostile from the beginning. Yelling, you have no right to get mad and honk at the person next to you. I said I get it but I did get done first & they almost hit my car. She followed with, Oh? You got done first? That’s not how it works, I told her to go before you in a very sarcastic tone. The worker that helped me had said to keep moving along & they weren’t finished with the order yet. I understand what she was getting at but that’s not how you should talk to people…

This place is known to be busy but if its busy, walk out drinks. Dont wait for people to get to the window then drinks are melted and taste bad. Learn how to direct cars too. Had 2 cars go ahead because no one was telling what cars to go to where. This was ridiculous. Won't go back to this location

staff here are kind of rude. They also don’t control the two lines very well. The drinks are always very inconsistent and my drink is always missing something. The one in Fairfield is better

Dutch Bros deserves 5 stars, but I have to give 4 because of its location. It's right on a busy corner, which has created more traffic and increases hazards. I'm certain the intent was to profit from the already existing heavy traffic, but now cars come to abrupt stops when turning the corner and, sometimes, traffic backs up from the parking lot into the streets thus impeding others drivers who wish only to turn that corner and move on.
I have many times decided not to get coffee there because I don't want to be in the patrons contributing to the danger. They need to find a safer location. Otherwise, I love the coffee and their staff. The people who work at Dutch Bros are amazing!
