Food is great and prices beat everyone else but if they know for a fact they are going to be so slammed with customers. Why can't they build an in-n-out that can actually handle the throughput. Had to eat outside in the cold.

They need a bigger place and definitely more parking for the amount of people that go there and dine in. That said, the people are so nice and the food is delicious, as is usually our experience with In-n-Out.
