3rd time now ... I'm over it! Dont order from online, via any app (AKA GrubHub), or via Yelp ... they charge you, cancel your order an hour later, and then refund you... In 3 days! Oh and you can't just call them ... it's a LONG voicemail and leave a message! The two times I went in person the service was so horrible! They served people out of order and made some wait over an hour for an appetizer meanwhile others were on their main course that got there after you!! To top it off they will spice up their food super hot (which we love) but not being you water or your drinks you order!!! Oh yea and they forgot to give us eating utensils so all we could do for the first 15 of our food coming to our table was look at it and wish we could eat it! I'm done! I don't know how they will even stay in business like this!

I ordered khao soi with beef but I was given chicken drums in the dish. On the menu it says it comes with veggies and there was beans sprouts with the noodle. I like their food and the flavor but I was quite disappointed by the quality. Khao Soi

I eat here a lot since I work nearby. I got to say the service is always good and they keep the spot well organized consistently. Rates are reasonable and they serve big portions.

If I can give a negative star I would. I placed and order for 4 items and in the order I ask for the kids menu which is still advertised online. Owner said they no longer do kids menu but she will do it for me. My husband came and pick up the items and to my surprise she didn't include the kids lunch as promise. When I had called in the owner yelled at me saying she didn't charge me for it. I told her that's beside the point, since we're having lunch and my kid didn't have what she wanted to eat. Instead of apologizing she accused me of lying. I never experienced such a rude and obnoxious owner who treat their customers like dirt. I will never eat at this place again and support a local business who has no respect to their customers. Did I mention she wouldn't let me talked at all. When ask may I speak to the manager she then said she's the owner. What a shame that a business owner would act and talk like a street thug.

I don't normally write reviews, but I had to this time. Food was really disappointing tonight. I ate here last week and food was amazing. Ordered the exact same dishes tonight through Grubhub and it wasn't the same. We ordered pad see eww with shrimp and it tasted bland. Also, ordered beef with eggplant and the eggplant was undercooked. Not sure if I'll come back again. Really unhappy with our rushed and undercooked dishes
It was my first time in this place. I ordered 3 pork sweet and sour to go. Waited 40 minutes for my order only to find out at home as we were eating it that they didn't put pork at all in the sauce. The rice was also undercooked. I won't go back to this place nor would I recommend it.

I really wanted to like this place. I mean I did but I couldn't get over what we had paid for. Some things were better than others and the portions were a bit skimpy. Unless their big plates just made the portions look small, but usually eating at Thai restaurants, we'd have leftovers. This time around it was a different story and we even order 6 or more different items. While things sound good on the menu just try and be certain before ordering because it almost feels like an investment.

Did not fulfill my order. Offer fried wontons on menu, and my grub hub driver called from restaurant to say they don't serve that item. Also, did not bring both orders of fried rice. In all, ordered 5 dinners, got two. My yellow curry with shrimp only had 3 shrimp...and you could tell they were frozen not fresh and overcooked. Not going back.

Well. What can I say. Gave it try again recently and the quality has gone down (maybe because of the pandemic). Drove all the way from Roseville, CA to Vacaville just to order take out and regretted every bit of it. Hopefully it will get better since I love the chef and have enjoyed the foods greatly in the past visit.

It's been a long time since I went out to eat. It is rare that I chose this well-reviewed restaurant when I went out today. Now let's take a look. First of all, the service: they have dine-in, and there are already three tables of guests in it. We stood at the door waiting for the place and saw two waiters, but no one came over and asked if we wanted to eat or to go. They saw us, and there was even a waiter who had walked near us to ask other guests what else they needed? She ignored us, which made us feel very puzzled. After I waited about 7 minutes one waitress care about us, and just wanted to ask: What are you doing here? My God, we are here to eat. Finally we sat down to order, the dishes came but they did not give us the soup spoon, we ordered a pot of soup, but we could only use our small spoon to put the soup into the bowl. Second: The taste of the dishes is still good. Look at the pictures for yourself. It's just that their sticky rice is really dry. Third: If you look at the decoration, you won't believe this is a Thai restaurant. Because there is no Thai decoration at all. Feels like an ordinary Chinese restaurant
