Ordered 2 ice cream cones on the app for my son and his friend. When they went to pick it up they refused to give it to them and saying that my son and his friend were trying to scam them, that they had already picked it up earlier. Saying Too Bad!! My wife had to drive my son back since they were on their bikes after getting home and showed them it had never been picked up. Their excuse the machine just printed the ticket although 2 hours had past by the time since we originally placed the order.. own up to your mistake and move on instead of making up excuses trying to bully 2 kids.

This McDonald’s is complete garbage. I ordered two sodas and had to wait at the drive thru windows for 10 minutes!!!! And there was no one in front of me!!! For a Coke and a Dr Pepper!!! I didn’t even order FOOD!!! And then, when I FINALLY get the drinks………one of them is a DIET Coke!!! I ordered a regular Coke!!!! The employees here are all morons and very lost & disorganized. If you go here, prepare to be disappointed!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!

It was very clean and they brought our food to our table and checked on us to see if we needed anything else. We also were fortunate enough to enjoy dinner and a show as a toddler tried outsmarting his parents to sneak away and steal a toy from another family’s stroller.

I had an issue ordering at a kiosk over here. I let my daughter order it with her gift card but it didn’t process the order. I ended up just using my bank card to avoid waiting longer for the food. I figured they couldn’t do anything about it. The manager here is amazing he refunded my card so quickly and was so nice and efficient. We live just across the street so we will definitely always come back.Kid-friendliness: So nice to kids here

Food is cold and just nasty!!! Service is slow and they always have missing items in my bag. If you use delivery 100% your order will be wrong. I have called and had my order sitting there waiting for 45 minutes before they sent someone to deliver it. I cancelled it and got a refund. This is the worst McDonald's in Vacaville.
Went through the drive through. Food was on par for McDonald's. Service was good. Nothing stood out as great but also nothing stood out as bad!

IDK if it was me or the food, but the breakfast burritos were not as good as before. The rest of the family had no complaints. It was quick and drive thru service was okay. The drive thru line was long, but moved swiftly. Not sure if that impacted the lack of warmth in service.
