It's difficult to express how awful this McDonald's is. From the poor service to the cold food. It's like it was built specifically to deter people from ever going to another McDonald's, ever.

McDonald's is a clean and welcoming place with friendly staff that bring food to the table. Customers recommend the tasty fish burger combos for meatless Fridays during Lent, and also enjoy the quarter pounder combos. The restaurant offers plenty of free parking, although parking can be tricky with many spots reserved for curbside or drive-thru pick-up. This location is noted as the cleanest in Vacaville, with food described as hot and fresh. The restaurant has a play place, making it a great spot for families. While the new kiosk ordering system has some minor issues, the efficient manager quickly resolves problems and provides excellent service. Ordering through the app is preferred by some, as it can be easier than using the kiosk. The restaurant is kid-friendly, offering kids meals and big kids meals, ensuring that families can enjoy a meal together.
