Pure Grain Bakery & Café is a delightful spot downtown with the best atmosphere to relax and enjoy a bite. The brunch is delicious, featuring amazing breakfasts like the croissant breakfast sandwich, avocado toast, fluffy French toast, eggs benedict, and a Denver omelet. The house potatoes are especially good. They also offer really good biscuits and gravy. As a German bakery, it provides delicious products from mischbrot and pretzels to cakes and cookies. The coffee is good and comes out hot and quick. The staff is sweet, friendly, and nice, contributing to the great vibe. It is an adorable place and one of the best around to hang out, chill, and eat.
