What a little gem in Vacaville. I love the farm to table mentality. The staff was wonderful and the food was delicious! I love how they paired their wines to their food! Each complimented the dishes well! I started with the oysters on a half shell which normally I would not get! They were so fresh and the sauce just made them pop! Unfortunately, they were out of Salmon so I couldn't have that, then the salmon cakes were also out. We ordered the beet salad it was very little salad -arugula there was very little on it in order to have a salad. I don't know if it was just a fluke. I've had the salad three times so far and two of the three there of been less than I believe there should be on it.
