The nachos were sad to say the least. My words can't describe how painfully slow service was. With that said I do not blame the employees because they are completely understaffed!!! The manager of Red Robins needs to get it together and get a full crew of employees!

Food took way to long to come out 40 minutes to be exact after we ordered our server looked high on something , never got refills I'm happy they closed hopefully something better replaces them.

The food is good, the milkshakes are good, but I miss the Mac n Cheese burger 😔. Other than that, I eat here from time to time and usually never have problems

My husband, mother in law, and I stopped here passing through on Memorial Day in the afternoon. The place was less than half full. Took 15 minutes to get our drinks, and an additional 25 minutes to get our food. The fries were cold, no salt and pepper on tables, and instead of napkins, there were empty paper towel rolls on the tables (had to steal a roll that had less than a quarter of paper on it from another table) that you pull out to random lengths... TACKY!!!!!!! The tea had to be brewed for iced tea, so it was served hot with very little ice., and no one came to check to see if we needed anything else like more ice! My MIL just had a piece of dessert, my husband and I burgers, I had a beer and he had tea. The bill was $56 before tip. A lot of money for poor service and tackiness over all. I asked the waitress for napkins and she said no alternatives... really? Ugh... Red Robins lost our business after this experience. Also, we paid cash and it was an act of congress to get change!

Use to be pretty good. Been in decline for sometime; complaints to corporate and store manager go ignored about poor food and service. I hear today, they are shutting down for good at the end of the month. They were their own worst enemy. Avoid them this remaining week, you'll probably be served the food they just need to clear out; you should question it's freshness.

This place sucks nuts. I'm a pretty nice guy and give people the benefit of the doubt, but I'll gladly contribute to a lower rating. It was pretty dead when we showed up and it took 22 minutes to be seated and given drinks (water). After we ordered drinks, our pineapple juice was forgotten. Our kids meal came out first. The macaroni was stale and the apples were brown with dirt or something else all over them. The waitress told us it must have fallen into the macaroni but you can clearly look at the pictures and see that it wasn't true. The rest of our entrees came out stale because they were sitting for a while. My wife's bun was dry and hard. This was easily the worst Red Robin ever. Everything about it sucks. Stay away from this joint. The climate overall was depressing. You could look any way you wanted to and see so many dissatisfied faces. The managers on site seemed extremely lazy and failed to ask people how they were doing. We also had our kiosks swapped because the first one was busted. After looking at our bill, there was an entertainment fee that we definitely did not purchase. The experience was so sh*tty that we didn't even challenge the $2 charge because we wanted to leave. Save your time, money, and patience.

Great experience here today! Walking in, we were joking it felt like we were in a commercial. A nice server opened the door and welcomed us genuinely. Then, immediately, equally friendly server again greeted us to take us to our booth. This restaurant is very nice and clean, we noticed as we were led there. Very happy to share that they have the Impossible Burger now! Oh yeah! Our server, Jordan, was really friendly and had our order to us quickly. He checked on us a bunch and refilled our drinks. Great job Jordan! Would definitely come back here!

The food is consistently good, and the restaurant is modern and clean enough. The problem is service. It is always too slow. There are many similar restaurants in the area. If you go to Red Robin, know you're gonna wait longer than you want.
