Drink wasn't made right. Took it back and man with bed head and glasses was being a sassy boy and told me that my drink was fine and nothing was wrong with it. I took it back because it had no cold foam and it tasted like grass. Horrible service and was rude to more than one customer. then proceeded to take 20 minutes to remake my drink. then made it wrong again.

Don't go here if you value your health. I don't understand how Starbucks thinks it's okay for their employees to spit in people's drinks. I don't care what attitude a customer may have, be the bigger person. There is no excuse for that kind of vile and disgusting act, and then to brag about it. Bad on the employee and horrible on Starbucks. Very eye opening on how you value your customers.

If I could give them a zero I would no starts deserved, I ordered the sugar cookie oatmilk drink and had a taste so horrific I had to throw it away on the spot the employee should follow directions instead of throwing out to keep the line moving very disappointing as I go to Starbucks twice a day I will not be going to this location. The drive thru line was also terrible I spend a total of 25 minutes in that line

DO NOT GO HERE! I'd leave ZERO stars if I could!! This place is disgusting and unsanitary. Employees are spitting in peoples coffees and boasting about it, with managers knowledge about it, to boot. My boyfriend had his drink spat in and the employee was only written up and not fired for it! The health and safety of paying customers is extremely questionable! We have experienced this first hand. Who knows how long this has been going on for. Tried to contact corporate and regional managers, so far crickets. BEWARE!!

Parking: Parking in front may be blocked by drive thru line, making it difficult to exit. But there is plenty of parking in the lot.

Paid $6.50 for some pumpkin spice milk definitely not coldbrew ? Train your workers! Since when does a cold brew look like milk?

Add 15 min to any mobile wait time. And pay for extra shots but don't get them. If this is what you want go here. 25 minutes for cod is stupid.

This has to be the SLOWEST Starbucks I’ve been too. I placed a mobile order around 7:15pm and didn’t get my drinks (x2) until 7:45pm. The employees seemed nice enough I can tell they had a stressful day. I just wouldn’t recommend this location if you’re in a time crunch.

I'm a regular customer here, and I always stick to my favorite order, the mango dragonfruit lemonade drink. The drinks at this place are absolutely the best. However, I had a slight issue last Sunday when the young lady taking my order was chewing gum and didn't cover her mouth when she coughed. It was a bit off-putting. Nonetheless, in all my other visits, I've consistently received great customer service.
