We stopped at this Starbucks on the way out of sanfransisco and it seemed like they were having some issues. One bathroom was out of toilet paper and the other didn’t lock. We ordered protein powder and they were completely out but didn’t know until after they started making the drink, our food order was messed up so we were charged extra for cream cheese we didn’t want. This is the first Starbucks where I was not helped immediately, or told they would be right with me. Came in there in a good mood, then left very annoyed and irritated. 😖 I gave it a 3 because my coffee was great!
