Walmart Bakery

Electronics/Photo department is one of the one areas staffing is necessary, not just desirable, in order to have locked cases opened or photo orders handed to customers. Waited between 11:00-11:20 today and not a soul in sight. Another associate who walked by suggested staff was on a break and said someone was on their way after making a phone call. Got an oil change today I usually go when I can't get in at the dealership! My only concern is not sure if they're really changing the oil but I always check and I always check to see if they put air in my tires, and as always they never do..... why even lie on paperwork saying it's done when it wasn't! So that's why I'm concerned about the oil change. There's no telling what they really be doing

I understand that there are more stolen goods so things get put behind locked glass. But, when you're literally waiting for 30 minutes for the "one" guy with a key to come to unlock the shelf, you're incentivized to NOT even buy anything here. Customer service is horrible. Workers don't even acknowledge that you're waiting when they walk by. Just say, "I don't have the keys!"
