The food tastes really good. However the service is a little all over the place. I ordered 2 pretzels and a hot dog combo and it took 20 minutes. And after that I didn't even get my hot dog. They don't check with you after you order, so make sure to check with them. Food tastes really good but I still wish I had gotten that hot dog.
There are some good sales on various items today. Today (7/25/2025), they are out of CO2, so the soda fountains are down. They do offer a cup and a can of soda, so you can get some ice and still have a drink. Employees aren't always that helpful or nice, but is hit and miss depending on who you get. The food is delicious. They sell hot dogs, pizza, churros, pretzels, sundae, and salads. It can get very busy so please be patient. The only downside is that many times they run out of ingredients. Other times sometimes they will not sell the deluxe pizza slices until closer to lunch. Please rememvrr that the cafe closes 1 hour before the store closes.

The Sam's Club Cafe offers a convenient shopping experience, with the option to order online for quick pick-up. While the selection of groceries may not always be the healthiest, the employees are described as kind and helpful. One reviewer appreciated the assistance of an employee named Rafaela, who went out of her way to help with a difficult situation. Overall, the cafe provides a efficient and easy shopping experience, though the quality of some items, such as produce, may be inconsistent.
