So literally our favorite thing to get here is a chili cheese dog with a shredded cheddar on top and hold the dog.. don’t judge us. We just like the soft bun and delicious chili and cheese and we got Reese’s and Oreo shakes for the win great Location a lot of ADA compliant parking but not the height to have all of our sprinter vans go through the drive-through so we have to park and jump out but still were greeted with smiles and everyone is eager to serve our team

I drove to two different der wienerschnitzel locations as Google show them open until 12:00 a.m. both locations were closed when I arrive. Little frustrating you should update your hours of operation as I drove 30 minutes looking forward to a great hot dog.

Came at 11:30 pm and it was closed. Disappointing, I wanted a sweet treat before driving 2 hours home.

We were from out of town, so we checked their hours online before driving over there, but they were closed when we got there (the hours posted on the door matched what was posted online, too). We had arrived 20-25 minutes before closing hours, but the location was dark/lights off inside and outside, no cars in the parking lot, and no sign of why they closed so early 🤷♀️ waste of gas . . .
We used to have these all over where I was growing up, and I was excited to see one in the Fairfield area. The food was OK, I had two chili dogs with cheese and two Chigago style dogs. They were good enough, but I won't frequent it unless I have a craving for chili dogs, and no time to make them myself. The staff was amazing, however!

It's been over 22 years since I had one of these sandwiches. The memories alone made it worth the flight across country to get one. Still taste the same although I could have sworn at some point they came with sauerkraut!
