Ordered food online, wait time said 25-35 minutes.
Showed up 45 minutes after placing order and was told “we’re making it right now. About another 20 minutes or so”.
Absolutely ridiculous. The staff is constantly just standing around talking. Highly recommend going to Fairfield location or even Buffalo Wild Wings. This place is constantly “20-30 minutes behind” every time I come in.

Store has been giving us the run around since yesterday after we found a roach in our food, person we spoke to yesterday said they didnt know how to handle this but assured us morning managers would take care of it now morning manager is telling us we should have contacted bank for chargeback. Im sorry but its ur mistake and im supposed to work for it? Nooope, ive been a regular for years but im so done after this. This is a health hazard that i could report.
