This is the most unorganized and unproductive operation in the entire park! It’s not the employees fault they are left to their own devices. Zero direction , leadership or support the employees were left on the front lines to face the angry mob of 45 -50 hungry customers while 4-5 other employees huddled up in a back corner (not cooking, not cleaning … not doing anything!) while 2 employees work on making ONE PLATE TOGETHER:(
Could you value your front line employees please? Who’s minding the store ? 45 minutes to throw a burnt turkey leg on a paper plate ..,Lack of leadership :(

I sincerely would recommend every manager at that place try a piece of that bread and tell me that should be sold. It is so dry and has that tough texture of stale bread. There’s got to be a better bread you can try that would work because that is not it.

Bread on the pulled pork was extremely dry and crumbly. I ordered a small corn on the cob on the side and realized I paid $10.49 for a tiny piece of frozen corn with no flavor on it. Never again!!!

Service here is absolutely horrible. After ordering from the kiosk, it took my phone number to text me when my order is ready. Several people are outside waiting for a text that their order is ready. While waiting, I realize the staff doesn't even make the order until you stand in some group around where they're putting the order together, and when you're lucky to get someone's attention and tell them your order number, then they look up what you ordered and make it. All those people standing around waiting for their a text for their order that's never going to be made!
The best part is, I order grilled chicken sandwich. When I finally get someone to start my order, they're half way through making it only to tell me they're all out of the chicken sandwich! They tell me I can have anything else on the menu, so I tell them, "give me the pulled pork sandwich." They also happen to have just emptied the meat container, so they go to the back to get another batch. It takes several minutes for someone to bring a container out, only to realize the container is too big to put into the slots where they're making the meals! They all stand there dumb-founded and don't know what to do! I finally tell them, I don't care what the meat is, give me a pulled something sandwich just so I can get out of there with something to eat after already having paid.
And don't get me started on how long the line is just to get drinks filled. That's a whole other line....
This place is soooo disorganized and chaotic, I can't believe people are willing to eat here.

The 2023 seasonal tacos are very good. The smoked ribs were so dry I thought they were beef jerky. Maybe that's why you don't get any corn bread (or a substitute) despite being listed on the menu board.

Great place for bbq, ribs,tri-tip sandwiches are my favorite, chicken sandwiches. Corn on the cob, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, chips ,fountain drinks, beers.Highly recommend
Waited only 5 mins on Tuesday. Really good pulled pork and ribs !
