We ordered pizookies for takeout. An order came out while I was waiting, but no name was called. After a few more minutes, I asked the host if it was my order. She said it was, but she couldn’t give it to me, and I couldn’t just grab it and that I had to wait for Takeout; they would be out soon. She went back to her job. A few more minutes go by and I asked her to call someone. She went back to find someone. Then same person who brought out my order originally came out and handed it to me. Who messed up so badly that this is the practice? It’s not like the employee who gave me the order knew it was my order by sight - she asked me if I had paid. So, not great.

Worst experience ever
First my daughters drink taste like soap
Then I asked for the strawberry drink and didn’t get the strawberry’s
Then my husband beers were served in the wrong cup
Then my chicken sandwich was missing ingredient and was over cooked
My daughters chicken sandwich was burnt
And when they re made it they placed it in the same buns and same fries were cold
Then the waiter never bother in asking if we wanted refills
Then he over charged with in extra chicken sandwiches I’m glad I caught it on time
Then we also ordered some avocado rolls and were served sloppy
the worst never again and at that it was $145
Next time I’ll take my business to cheesecake factory

Horrible experience at this BJ’s. Worst customer service I’ve experienced at a BJ’s restaurant. I love BJ’s restaurant’s but not this one! I Would not come back to this place even if I get a free meal. Our waitress got lost and never saw her again. We had to ask 3-4 different workers to get our stuff. We didn’t get utensils after 3-5 minutes of our food getting to our table. Food not cook well. I hope we were not discriminated for being Hispanic due to the majority of their clientele at that moment was white.
I didn’t ask to talk to the manager thanks to a nice waiter that helps us out at the end with our drinks refill and our desert ordering.
This is the first time of myself not leaving tip. I always leave tips even if i have a not so good experience, but not this one! Oh no…
No bueno!

My husband and I were there yesterday for dinner and we ordered sirloin and shrimp plate. As soon as they brought the food our server stated that he was going on break for 30 min and someone else will be helping us .. the meat was over cooked and no one came to asked if we were doing ok we have to wait till the server finish his break which I do understand he needs to take a break but no other waiters approached when we wanted to have more drinks we fell totally ignored !
Came here to try the Meal Deal for 13 bucks and the happy hour. We sat at the bar and the bartenders were very friendly and fast.
Spinach and artichoke dip was pretty good. The avocado egg rolls were decent but better with ranch than thr sweet sauce they serve it with.
The chicken parmigian with spaghetti was good but nothing special. Needed a bit more sauce in my opinion. The Mediterranean salad with chicken was decent and seemed to lack as much flavor as I would hoped for.
Then comes the pizookie for desert. I have never had one before and I was very pleased. I had salted caramel and my wife had the brownie.
Nice way to end the meal.
I would certainly suggest checking it out. All and all for 2 entrees, 2 appetizers and a speciality cocktail with tip it was 60 bucks which you just don't find often anymore.

I got the wings and fries which were really good and the strawberry dream drink was amazing. The only downside was the service; I walked in and the hostess took my name and number. I received a text saying my table will be ready in 15-20 mins meanwhile I’m waiting and I see many people coming in and getting sat before me but I wait still. 30 mins go by and I check to get an update; my name wasn’t listed but a different hostess apologized and sat me down 10 mins later. I’m sat down and I have no idea who my server is because I don’t see them for about 10 mins. She was nice enough but never addressed the long wait and I’d understand if it was a busy night but the dinner rush hadn’t started yet so I’m not sure what happened.

We have ordered delivery & pick-up twice before today. There's been something missing each time. Last time it was from the food.. This time, we got 2 strawberry shortcakes, NO STRAWBERRIES !! NONE.. I LOVE BJs, but the pick-up orders need to be better.. I wish I could submit this picture of this dry cake in this Lil pan. It looks sad.. the Italian chicken, we got fettuccine & alfredo, instead of spaghetti; the alfredo sauce was thick, and we asked for grilled onions on the pasta, they were threw on top of the meat.. It looked a mess & didn't taste that great. Spoke to Kim WONDERFUL ATTITUDE AND VERY HELPFUL& compassionate about the situation... She passed my message to Tricia & there was no response; the 'mgr' on duty.
I want them to do better.. I didn't make a big deal the first 2xs, but now 3rd x, I want my SHORT CAKES replaced WITH STRAWBERRIES THIS TIME...

Update !! I was so ticked, in a hurry earlier to feed my family, I didn't really pay attention. They weren't even short cakes. THEY GAVE US SUGAR COOKIES!! MY GRAND BABY DIDN'T KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BUT I NEVER OPENED THE OTHER ONE UNTIL NOW 945P A SUGAR COOKIE ?? REALLY!!!

Waitress was rude, no silverware was brought to the table and I asked one of the managers as she was walking by and completely ignored me and my family and she was helping another customer. I get that, but she could’ve said give me a minute and I’ll get those items for you. But she didn’t and was very snappy with me. Like don’t bother me attitude . I’ve eaten there many times and tonight was one of the worst experiences, after tonight
no more. I’ll go to the one in Burbank, better service. I’ve been in the food service business before and never have I treated a paying customer this way. Plus the waitress had a hello kitty temporary tattoo in between her cleavage. Very uncomfortable for my child and unprofessional. You’re in the service industry, dress appropriately.

To be honest, this is my first time ever going to BJ’s. I heard so many wonderful things from my husband until the day that I finally got to sit down and dine in let me tell you customer service was the worst. She ignored me the whole time I had asked her For a drink. She did not give me my straw when I was already in the middle of my food I needed a napkin. She was nowhere to be found, and she just kept passing me by and ignoring me I had to flag down another waiter, which I should’ve gotten her name so I can write how wonderful she was because the one that Was in charge of me sucked! I understand it was busy but come on at least stop by once and ask me if everything is OK at least a napkin you know I think her name if I’m not wrong started with a K anyways food was good customer service awful!

I was very unhappy with the service they are short handed the waitress working hard they have no time to clean the tables the food was very bad the worth burger I ever had Ty was cold the forks and knives were very dirty I showed to the guy with long hair he didn’t like what I said he brought more dirty knife on a towel. I feel so sorry for the young waitress she working really hard.

01/17/25 - 6:30pm: Arrived with a party of 9. The wait was about 15/20 minutes before we got seated. Our server Emily was awesome, efficient, and very courteous. We were there celebrating a birthday, so the Friday night Prime Rib special and the $13 dinner special was the reason we decided to have dinner here. We ordered a few Jeremiah Red beers at the bar for the Happy Hour special while we waited. The pretzel and avocado egg roll appetizers were great and arrived quickly. The night changed when we went to order, and they told us that the Friday night Prime Rib special and Friday night Pork special were BOTH sold out. 😞 We settled on the Soup and Salad special. The Mozerella salad and Clam Chowder were my favorite choices. I want to say that I will try again next Friday, but at this point, I don't know if we will be back or take our $200+ tab somewhere else.

Under normal circumstances, I absolutely love BJ's.
The service is fantastic with food to match.
Tonight that all changed.
The experience I had tonight was terrible.
Our waitress was astonishingly bad.
I had to ask myself, how did she pass the interview stage of the job?
She was only running 3 tables and was pretty much nonexistent the entire time.
Had to remind her 4 times to bring a drink to the table, never once came by to see if we needed anything and when it was time to pay the bill she disappeared with our cards for almost 30 min.
We eat at the santa clarita location at least 2 or 3 times a month.
This might actually be the last.
Bj's management needs to do to better.
Vet your employees to ensure guests have a good experience.
This girl had no business working at a fast paced establishment like this.
Hell, Danny's might be too much for her.
Good atmosphere good service didn’t like the quality I got a 6 ounce sirloin shrimp scampi with broccoli and asparagus I never got my scampi the meat seemed low quality my soda taste watered down an still left a tip

I’ve been eating this place because of my family members. I’ve noticed when they are busy people are waiting the manager started roaming around going to each servers station and telling the young servers to start giving there customers food to go bags even your not done eating. That was very rude! the servers don’t even ask if still want to order anything else , after few minutes they give me my food charges receipt. The service here is sucks when they’re busy . I’m paying for my food and bar drinks I shouldn’t treated this way. I’m hoping one day they will loose business. 😡😡😡

The service is probably the worst you'll get, but the drink was FANTASTIC!!
The food is soso depending what you order. Pizza it's great. The nachos are plain chips and if lucky a bit of jar cheese and a few pieces of meat. (You want nachos, I suggest going to The Back Yard). Strawberry lemonade tasted like tge strawberries were bad. Pizookie was overcooked and stuck to the pan.
Service... the host/hostess is the best part (they are friendly and pleasant). It goes downhill after.
I pay over $4 for lemonade and didn't even get a refill. You can't when the server doesn't come back or says ok and never brings it.
I waited 20 minutes to order food and almost an hour to get it. No explanation or apology. I know places get busy, but it was not even the dinner rush and the restaurant was fairly quiet.
My drink was perfect (hats off to the bartender)!!
