Me and my g.f went there for lunch , we ordered appetizers siriachi queso , and didn’t get it for 25 minutes , then 5 minutes are order came to the table , the queso was warm horrible , my Italian chicken taste like it came out of a T.v dinner into the microwave ,chicken was overcooked. , the spaghetti was warm like it’s been under a heat lamp for 30 minutes , paid $84 for a horrible food , service was really bad , the other waiter next to us had to help us , and was apologizing , never had a bad experience and bad food from bj ever till now , would not recommend it , and probably never going back there

Went here for dinner with my mom and brother on a Monday night. I ordered the boneless buffalo wings, my mom got the sweet pig pizza, and my brother got the smokehouse burger.Our server was attentive and would smoothly check in if we needed anything and the food came out quite quicklyThe boneless wings were alright, a little mushy but a pretty good flavor. The sweet pig gourmet pizza was really flavorful and had a nice crunch. Also it’s 50% off some of the pizzas on Mondays, they have other weekly deals which I’ve included below.My brother thoroughly enjoyed his burger, and the fries that I stole off his plate were also quite well cooked and tasty.Used to come here as a teenager but it’s been 8 years since and I’m reminded why I enjoyed eating here before moving. Highly recommend!

Service is awesome! The weekend steak is perfectly cooked for me. It can be compared to the expensive restaurant that I tried. The thickness and tenderness are perfect. A little bit under seasoned but it's totally fine. Just wished there was a shaker on the table. The wings are very tasty. The salmon is good, although I have tasted a better one from an Asian restaurant. Overall, this place is awesome! Definitely a 5 star class.

Place has seriously gone way down hill. Service is not great. Servers don't really show they care. Only visited the table a couple times. Almost had to go straight to the bar to get another round. I love their beer and pizza. So would prob return. But it's not the "go to" place anymore. Corporate needs to revaluate the service and clean up the place. This location used to be the prime spot to go to.

Simply posting for an UberEats driver- I find it incredibly unacceptable to have 3 people behind the pickup and check in counter with absolutely nobody in line and not be helped. I've worked in the service industry and I understand that issues arise with POS, things get hectic, and waiting is to be expected, but to have 2 people staring at a wall and zoning out isn't a good look. The girl with the eyeliner and glasses, didn't catch her name, did seem to be fumbling with the POS and she did look a bit overwhelmed, so I would have expected her peers to step in to assist while she was fixing what she was fixing. Instead they're staring at the door waiting for a customer to come in. I can't comment on food because I was picking up for a customer, but things like this directly impact my customer getting their food on time, my ratings, and potentially my income. I hate rushing service workers because I know the job is tough, and rarely do I say people need to move with more of a sense of urgency, but this was a blatant reflection of teamwork, communication, and urgency needing improvement.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at BJ's, thanks to the outstanding service from our waiter, Rob. He was incredibly friendly and maintained a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout our meal. Rob's polite demeanor and constant smiles made dining with my family a pleasant and enjoyable experience. We truly appreciate his exceptional service.
First time visiting this BJ's location. Great friendly atmosphere, very clean location. Our server Sean was beyond AMAZING! Friendly and with a great attitude. Made some good suggestions and recommended some good bites. He made our experience pleasant and memorable. Will definitely be visiting again! Thank you Sean!!!

Came in as a big party for pizookies. The service was amazing. Most people would be frustrated with the large party but Sean handlers or excellently. He made jokes and handlers the group very well. Extremely pleased.
