Sandwich was mid. The lady was rude. It was also expensive. Don't bother coming here.

The place for a quick Philly-Cheese style sandwich! Fast and delicious- I just wish there was a location closer to my home!

Love these sandwiches but the guys on during thursday march 27 from 5-9 were not it some white kid who for the 3rd time ive been their refuses to make the tuna sandwich until we ask where it is or whats the hold up and this time he also forgot crispy onions to my crispy chipotle chicken. either get on his butt or fire him cause this dude can't even make sandwiches.

Thru do not do delivery. I created an account and trued to order only to find they offer pickup only. I called the store and the worker had no idea how to explain it. First she says yes they deliver if I place online order. I told her it's only giving option for pick up and that Google showed they do delivery. Then she says the employees do not deliver and that the company picks a delivery service like door dash or Uber Eats... none of those options are available on the Capriotti's website lol... I just hung up with her because she doesn't know what she's talking about. Will order elsewhere as all the other major sandwich shops do delivery.

I LOVE Capriottis and all there food! I accidently ordered at the Sierra Hwy location, and came to the Valencia one to pick up, and they happily made my food there. I apologized profusely as it was completely my fault, and did not want to drive all the way to the other location. Katrina (Kat)? was more than willing to fix things for me there and said no problem they will send the money to them. Thank you...MY bad!!!!! 5 STAR SERVICE.

I've been eating at capriottis in las Vagas and reno for years. love this place until I went to the Valencia store drove an hour just to get a few sandwiches to bring home and they were the worst sandwiches I've ever had from capriottis spent 85 bucks so disappointed will never go to this store again

Came in for dinner tonight , excellent service amazing food good pricing very clean location, friendly staff the Philly Cheesesteak taste amazing with the peppers on the side come try for yourself. You won’t regret.

Decent sandwiches and salads. Service is great. Inside is comfortable. A good choice for something quick, simple, and healthy.

Tried the impossible chicken sandwich.
Tasted good. But they can put some veggies into, will make it even better.
Also, I think it is a little pricey.

Very good sandwiches. I had the Bobbie, very tasty but a bit messy, but it is worth the mess.
