At the mall last night and tried Charleys. Went in with low expectations and they were met. Ordered the beef cheesesteak combo. The meat had a bland, watery, processed taste. The bread was very low quality, leaving any sandwich you might try there to have a lower ceiling of satisfaction. The fries were a high point. Hot, fresh and with some crunch appeal. They gave me a free refill on my drink, and I promised to return and try the Chipotle bacon chicken sandwich despite the bread. Service was decent. Food court seating is what it is.

Grand Daughters favorite. So i did it too. Great meal!Kid-friendliness: Grand Daughter is almost 10, and she loves the losded Cheese Steak sandwiches.She's right, really great!

Ordered 2 Philley Cheesesteaks thru Grubhub. One was requested specifically only beef and onions. Other was the works. Two messy sandwiches came both with the works. Didn't bother to read special request. Not worth 3 stars.Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich

I got the chicken teriyaki and it was really good. The owner was really considerate about my allergies and making sure it wasn’t made with cheese or milk products.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! They gave a grade C rating which is the worst grade a restaurant can receive while still remaining open. This means multiple serious foodborne illness violations. The sign is conveniently placed where you can't see it from the register and only once you move further down the line towards the pickup area. They obviously don't want people seeing it or else nobody would come here. I'm glad I saw it before I got my food. They should not be allowed to be serving food without clear warning.

The woman taking the orders here is super rude, condescending, and doesn’t know how to work. She didn’t want to upgrade the kids drinks to mediums even though I’ve done it at other locations. She just refused and said “no” super rudely. Then, they didn’t have cookies for the kids meals either, and didn’t give the usual cup of ranch on the side, and also didn’t put any Mayo on this other sandwich that we ordered even though we asked for it. She also spoke super fast and in gibberish, and was getting upset that we couldn’t understand her even though she wasn’t speaking normally. Avoid this location at all costs.
Terrible customer service I got there at 720pm and he talking about we close at 730 when everything closes at 8pm inside the mall my sandwich was done half a** and not enough Mayo.

Average.And they questioned the validity of my order? Nobody keep the receipt from a food purchase anymore, especially when you have more than 10 of them every week. But to the owner satisfaction, here i attach the bank transaction record. It's the store in Westfield mall Valencia, transaction date was 12/6/2021.

Walked in to mall at 535 and they close at 6. Instead of helping me the guy doesn't say anything for 5 min the rudely says their closed already. While all other vendore at the mall don't close and start clean up till 6 they were the only ones closing early. I was excited cuz it looked great but o well next time

Ordered a large Philly cheesesteak to go and loaded fries with a lemonade, the male staff at the cashier was very passive aggressive. When I got my receipt to wait for my order which was just a few side steps from the cashier, he just turned his back and did not say anything and started doing something else, not sure if he was going to give my drink or not. After I got my order- people were already lined up at the cashier area, I asked the other staff politely ( the ones cooking and the assistant) if I can get my drink and was told to ask the cashier, I was looking around and checking if there were any drink and to my surprise, he had just placed it on the counter where he was and right in front of new customers and said nothing , I had to excuse myself from everyone so I can get through to get my drink.
