The staff was so bad if I could give it a zero I would. The lady cut me off mid sentence to gossip with her coworker. 7/14 at 4:30pm with the braces. The food is absolutely expensive, it was pretty good but not worth the price. The garlic bread was okay but the bottom seasoning was absolutely burnt. This place has an audacity!

$50 for 2 slices of Pizza and drinks is absolutely absurd. They marked my order as ready on the App but wasn't ready for another 6 minutes after I went to the window.It's a good reminder not to come to the park hungry.
1 person working window. Roller coaster has let wait time. Tons of Pizza sitting waiting to be sold and being cold. Need more staff, this is the worst experience and six flags needs to do better. The amount of money being charged should have quicker service.

The employees were very rude. We were looking at the menu and standing back because we were not ready to order. There was also no line. The server then looked at us and threw his hands up and then said that he called for us and asked why we weren't ready to order in a sassy and demeaning tone. They also had a promotion for a combo meal with a slice of pizza, garlic knots, and a drink, but the server told me the drink wasn't actually included. False advertising and rude employees. Thankfully the food was good.

Basic and pricey pizza
Pasta tasted watery, and simultaneously was soggy with rubberlike chunks interspersed. Meatballs only had an inkling of fennel seed flavor, with no meat flavor. Terrible. The people were nice, but it took a while. I can't believe they had the audacity to display an Italian flag.

Can’t imagine how low the standards are here. Poor service,bad attitude, under portioning and not giving all entrees as stated on the menu board. The manager decision making is so poor that she can leave the station and go looking out for customer to confirm the entries is not included when menu board says it is, instead of helping the line up and the trainee. Apparently it is the customer responsibility to ask if a spring roll comes with noodles or rice with tofu. It is very easy just mention it on the menu board people can read it! Wasted $65 here on under portioned , tasteless.poor quality food. Senior management needs to look into having better management who can deal with customer service issues. Hospitality industry is a responsibility and a promise of deliver but here it is a poor situation…very sad! Never ever returning here.
I'm giving one star because I can't go lower.I just spent over a hundred dollars on food I asked for a soda refill and the rude unpleasant employee told me that I have to wait in line or make a mobile purchase to be able to get the refill. If that's really the rules no problem but the rude way of saying it makes the difference.
