overcharged my mom when she bought ice cream and refused to admit fault.

Food - the donuts are really yummy. My fave.Coffee- not a fan.Customer service- yesterday was my first time to encounter such a rudeness after many times of going. 1st, she didn't sound happy I'm buying 2 dozens. She commented what "what? 2 dozens??".fine, I gave her benefit of the doubt. 2nd, I said all flavors, but when she got the first donut, I said you know what all, flavors except these two plain ones. Then, she THREW the first donut back to the counter and said you just said all flavors (wow)!! So I have to repeat myself and said sorry I don't want the 2 plain ones (uhmmm it's not that she already filled the box ). 3rd, are there really no bags for the boxes? It's hard to bring it around if you plan to shop after buying.Ambience- love it! It's always clean

I've been coming here for a while and I wasn't sure to do a review but now that I have enough times and experiences the donuts are great the staff not so great and sweets. I don't understand why the ice cream machine is always down or do they just not want to make it?

If you look at my account, I will only review a business if I consider it a 5 star. Unfortunately, I have to post a low rating for my visit. The people were so nice and the atmosphere is great. My husband's drink, a refresher, was amazing, however, I ordered a matcha berry boba drink and maybe I'm not used to matcha, but the taste was bitter, tasted like cold dirty water and there were about two small torn pieces of berry, about 4 pieces of boba. I drank about half of it before I asked my husband to taste it, he said it was awful as well and spit it out. The drink was $6 wasted. I should have ordered what my husband did. Fast forward about a half hour later and I had a nauseous feeling and my stomach started churning. It was the only thing I had all day so far, so it wasn't anything else I ate or drank. I bought a drink in the malls food court to help try to get rid of the flavor, I felt a little better. I hope it was a one time thing and there were no bad ingredients in my drink.

The donuts here are amazing. Absolutely love the texture. Definitely a bit pricey, but well worth it. I will say, sometimes the donuts can be a bit oily, but if you have the time to set them on top of a napkin/paper towel for maybe half an hour, they're perfect. The drinks and boba aren't the best I've ever had, and since there's a boba place right inside the mall that's better, I can't recommend the drinks. However, the ice cream and cones are incredible, and I would definitely recommend those, too.

Every once in a while I make my way down here and get to indulge in a sweet treat from this place. Today was one of those days. Stopped in to get a 3 piece to bring back home to share with the fam. The girl working was super nice and friendly and I even let her choose a special creation to make as a 3rd option. I told her go wild no restrictions. Ended up getting a Cookie Monster, Ube with coconut, and a Tiramisu. Inside is nice. Good amount of seating and clean. Definitely a place I am coming back too.

The first visit was terrific. The boba and mochi donuts were good. The staff was pleasant and quick...The second visit was not as enjoyable. The service was lackluster. We received our donuts and croffle in individual bags and a black, Styrofoam box instead of placing all three items in the "Devil & Angel" to-go box. Moreover, we were the only customers but it took close to 15 minutes to make two identical drinks from the menu (no alterations). Plus, our drinks were made without boba. (The drinks were not as good as the first time, but we did not want to bother with asking for them to be remade.) The croffle (a name which the server felt the need to correct us on) was good.Still, I would be willing to return when I'm in the area and have a taste for boba. I'll just be mindful of who is working.

Worst customer experience ever. I've eaten here before and I've always had good Customer Service but today I don't know what was going on when I first walked in nobody was in the front and I was standing there for a little bit and all of a sudden a line started forming behind me and the girl was still not there. She comes running out and she apologized. She didn't realize that we were all here but you would've realized that we were here if you were in the front so my sister actually ordered donuts for pick up through DoorDash and when I went to pick them up. She gave me the drink, and she walked away to go help the other customers, but I was trying to tell her that I have something else, and at first she claim that she never received the order and when I had my sister send me a screenshot and I showed her. She then changed her story and said that she actually canceled the order. My sister didn't receive the message until I got there I still wasn't done talking to her, and I tried to ask her a question, and she totally ignored me, I understand that you're trying to help other people but I wasn't done talking to you cause I'm trying to figure out my order so I thought that was extremely rude. I don't know if I'll be eating there again

Cute spot located at the Valencia mall. We had dinner nearby and were in the mood for something sweet. They offer boba drinks and mochi donuts. Since we came a little later in the day, their selection was limited. Ended up getting the mochi mango donut, and a cup of various cut up donuts. The mango donut was light, sweet, and tasted like an average mochi donut. The cup of cut up donuts were easy to eat, and my kids loved it. I loved getting to try small bites of different donuts. The workers were very sweet, and it was really clean inside. Prices are what you would expect at a specialty bakery. I really want to come back and try more things when they are fully stocked!

We stopped here for a snack while walking the pups. My husband wanted something cold, while my daughter was craving something sweet. We were greeted right when we walked in and was asked if we needed help with the menu. The young lady was so kind as she patiently answered all our questions. My daughter chose three mochi donuts -- Powdered, Earl Grey and Churro. I chose the Soft Serve Boba for my husband, while I had the Tropical Mango Refresher with Mango Jelly and the Strawberries & Cream Croffle.Everything was good -- fresh and perfectly sweet! My husband especially enjoyed the Soft Serve Boba. My daughter loved the mochi donuts. We'll be back! :)

Quality of ice cream was not good. Even plain simple vanilla didn't taste like vanilla. The Crofflle bottom was hard to bite on. Definitely it was made few days back.
