Full Throttle Sports Bar

One of the worst service I got in years.

Took around 20 minutes, just to place my order at the bar, even though there was only two people in front.
The person who took the order had the Terminal across the bar so she was literally getting my order with her back to me. Couldn’t Place order for drinks so I had to stand in another line afterwards. Not even gonna talk about a beer costing about $20
They don’t give you a table nr just point to your table and someone is supposed to come and bring your food. Took over 50 minutes to get two burgers because someone deleted my order from the system.
At one point I had about six tables around me all with dirty plates because no one was cleaning up.
One of the tables was probably sitting there for about 45 minutes.
Anyway, you’re much better off getting some snacks and enjoying the rides.

The following situation happened to me. I ordered a beer, and they asked me to show my ID. I showed my driver’s license card, which was expired. However, I had a temporary paper from the DMV in my car stating that my license had been renewed and would remain valid for another six months. The manager told me that if I provided both the card and the DMV document, there would be no problem.

So I went to my car. It took me 40 minutes round trip. I came back and presented both my ID and the DMV paper, at which point another manager came out and said they couldn’t accept those documents because of their policy. In other words, one manager told me these documents would be sufficient, but after I wasted 40 minutes of my time, another manager said they weren’t.

What conclusion can be drawn? Extremely poor service, very low staff qualification. This is the kind of establishment I would not recommend to anyone, especially considering how rudely the staff treated me. One star for service, one star for customer care, one star for flexibility.

We were a group of 5 people including two children. We placed our order and then waited for over 3 hours for it to be ready, even though the place wasn't very busy and there was no reason for this to happen. We wasted the whole afternoon waiting for this and then the rides were closed. It was not a good experience that we had at this place. Be prepared to waste the whole day waiting for a simple hamburger.

Wasn’t busy at all and still took 51 minutes to get food. One server came and apologized, once after about 15 minutes and told us they had our order and that it shouldn’t be too much longer, but over 30 minutes later still no food. Once it finally came it tasted like it had been under a warmer forever. The BBQ chicken sandwich had no BBQ sauce on it. My recommendation is to avoid this place at all costs unless you’re looking for a place to sit forever. Over priced, under staffed, poor quality, poor service

the food was alright and the service was horrible we got an order at our table and the second one never came out even though the place was basically empty. we informed that we were missing one of our orders and it still took forever and everyone else got there food when we got there first. i’m currently still waiting( it’s been a whole hour and a half) and the food was expensive asf for no reason. we didn’t even get offered straws. and we were missing drinks as well. horrible horrible place. would not recommend please go somewhere else ANYTHING is better than this.

If I could give a negative I would, I have hesitate to do so but today was the worst experience, not only did we get our food over an hour late but it was wrong two times, after the came and ask about the order 3 times. It is unfortunate because we used to love coming here.

Employees looked and acted miserably. Food is mediocre and flavorless. Not all drinks were available. No straws either. Server seemed bothered and reluctant to bring us napkins. Very disappointing experience.

Went to this establishment over the weekend and mess around and found out the food was trash. The employees are so unhelpful, the food is way to expensive for the taste. I think I would have rather had burger king. The tables were dirty but none of the workers were cleaning any open tables, they were standing around talking to each other. I would never ever visit this place again. If we went back to the park that day I would probably need to fast or eat before I get in the park.

Food here is beyond terrible l really think they just need to close this place down. You have some nerve trying to pass this off as food.

Probably the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. It was a very hot day and my family and I went into the sports bar hoping to recover. Our food and drinks took over 2 hours to come out! I understand it was a busy day but they had plenty of people working and their excuse was that they were having problems with their system, which I think was just a cover up for them losing our ticket. Fortunately they did give us a refund, but I just wish their staff were trained better. None of them seemed to know what was going on nor did they care. After they dropped off the food, they asked if we needed anything and we asked for napkins since none of the tables are stocked with napkins/condiments, and they of course never brought them. I can’t imagine paying an exorbitant amount of money for cold, flavorless food. Very disappointed.

Great place to chill and get out of that sun for abit, staff saved me from a heat stroke by recommending me to drink powerade, I went in feeling sick and drained, very almost got a taxi home, to feeling fine and being able to go on more rides and stay till park closing, thanks again! I didn't eat so not left a food rating. Felt too bad to eat.

The service is horrible took forever to get our food .. liked the restaurant it use to be here with the singing animals
