Food so bad it made my mother cry on Christmas Day. Seriously. Cold, old, flavorless prime rib meal. Mom had to request a sharper knife to try and cut through her prime rib and she couldn't finish it. I sawed away at mine using the sharper butter knife and elbows up. I was deeply embarrassed to have taken her there. We didn't request a reduction from the bill but was offered 20% off. Considering the poor food I was worried we would get sick but thankfully we didn't. Whew. Will not return under any circumstances.
We dined here before for breakfast on a Saturday and the food was good and came out in a reasonable length of time. However, Thanksgiving dinner there was a disappointment. Some of the cocktails/wine we ordered were not available and we had to change our orders. 2 desserts on the menu were not available, and only 1 of the 2 slices of chocolate cake we ordered was available. It took almost an hour for our entrees to arrive. The entrees were not hot even if the plates were. I felt sorry for our waitress who kept apologizing for the delay - she did try her best to do her job. It seems like the restaurant was not prepared or understaffed for the Thanksgiving crowd although I made reservations 2 weeks in advance.
Norma who was our server did a fantastic job! There was a very large selection of food. The buffet layout included carving stations, omelette station, plus many breakfast, lunch and dinner items in both hot and cold stations. The food was great! Coffee, juice and sparkling wine was included.

Needs lots of improvements our witness was great Ursula, bar service was slow drinks were good not the best no bread for the bread plates not even when we inquired. Some remodeling is going on, reservations difficult to make on the open table link, no answer when we call and no reply to our messages. Food ok
Wanted the Crab Roll appetizer which was no longer offered Went in for Mother's Day's dinner and we were fortunately only ones in restaurant since there was only one server
Very small portions of all courses including salads, entrees, and even desserts.

The service was ok kinda slow. The entrees were disappointing, filet minion too salty and short ribs too dry. The dessert was good but that’s about it.

We were able to enjoy a Valentine's Day menu because Greater Pacific extended their special menu a few days and we could not have been happier. The 4 course meal was perfect with every dish exceeding our expectations. Our server, Adriana, was friendly and attentive to our every request. We had to take our dessert upstairs to our room for later because we were so full from our dinner. It was the perfect ending to our amazing day. Will we return, oh heck yes! !!

Sadly several items were still a tad frozen and lacked taste. The croissants, the pumpkin pie we're still frozen in the middle. The plates were all cold and by the time you returned to your chair the food was cold. It's hard to put on a holiday buffet. It would have been better to have a few items in the menu. And serve them well.

Spent a week in the hotel and came down to try the place out. Didn't see the hours anywhere initially but I asked the front desk.First time, tried the Banana Foster French Toast. It was not too sweet and not to syrupy. The inside was nice and airy. Enjoyed it, just wished I had seen the option to make it a "combo". There seemed to only be one lady working and half the tables were dirty as she ran around. Coffee was okay. BF got crab benedict and he seemed to enjoy it. Potatoes were a bit greasy and not too crispy.Second time, I ordered the lobster omelet. Different lady working that day, came back to tell me they were out of lobster. Asked if I wanted crab instead, I said that was fine. She came back again to tell me they couldn't find the crab, what else did I want. At this point, I wasn't in the mood for anything else but ordered the shrimp omelet. When it came out, it really seemed like the chef just threw it all together so he could leave. Eggs were overcooked and rubbery. The shrimp wasn't too fishy but almost felt undercooked. Needless to say, I did not finish it.Check came and the wrong thing was listed and when I mentioned it, the waitress said she couldn't change the check but she would calculate it with a dollar difference. Everything seemed like such an inconvenience for everybody. She actually gave me the little thermal so I could pour my own coffee which was great so I didn't have to wait for her to come by, like I had to do on my initial visit. The bar area has Happy Hour specials and I came down once and had a mango margarita and it was all syrup. That was enough for me not to want to go back for anything. They have the breakfast buffet but according to the server, it's only on the weekends for $26. Not sure what they serve that could constitute that price, considering the menu sounds like they serve regular breakfast staples, nothing out of the ordinary.

Hot breakfast buffet. Kinda pricey but has all the usual staples of a good breakfast.Happy hour food specials aren’t bad. Wings were excellent. I’m not a huge fan of raw fish but the poke nachos were actually pretty good.

I guess the server wasn't a server, maybe filling in and the “Chef” just careless. Our entrées came three minutes after our first course was served. The server was annoyed by the fact I requested to hold it in the kitchen while we were eating our first course. My entrée was super salty (is it because I sent it back?) I just had two bites out of my whole plate, that didn't even raised the attention of our server. This place is so far behind of what hospitality industry should be.
Great place for a Mother's Day Brunch.

I took my wife, mother, 2 of my aunts and my 3 kids here for mother's day brunch and I have to say it was the worst brunch I have ever been to. All of the food was cold, They had pre made sliders that were sitting out son long that the buns were as hard as a rock! They had a station with rack of lamb and the lamb was extremely under cooked. They had crab legs that were cold, watery and mushy. We couldn't get any of the crab meat out. I'm big on you get what you pay for so I was expecting much more from this mother's day buffet at the $75 per person price. I was embarrassed and I felt like I ruined mother's day for family members. We actually left there and went to another restaurant to eat. I've never been here on a normal to eat but definitely would not recommend this place for brunch.
