This restaurant has some amazing food by an amazing executive chef. From flavors to texture to freshness it is all five stars across the board. The staff are friendly engaging. The cocktails are all unique and AMAZING. It is in the Hyatt in Valencia and it is one of my favorite places to go.
We dined here before for breakfast on a Saturday and the food was good and came out in a reasonable length of time. However, Thanksgiving dinner there was a disappointment. Some of the cocktails/wine we ordered were not available and we had to change our orders. 2 desserts on the menu were not available, and only 1 of the 2 slices of chocolate cake we ordered was available. Norma who was our server did a fantastic job! There was a very large selection of food. The buffet layout included carving stations, omelette station, plus many breakfast, lunch and dinner items in both hot and cold stations. The food was great! Coffee, juice and sparkling wine was included.
