The food is okay, but the place wreaks of cutting corners and mis-management. There just isn't enough staff there, and the ones that are there aren't trained well, or miss stuff. Our last waiter didn't even think to make sure there was a place setting for me, frequently forgot some of our requests, and never replaced the grille grating. That was just one time though. We've tried this place multiple times, and the service is either irrationally slow, (waiting 10 minutes or more just to place an order for food) or just not great as exemplified above. The last time we had decent service there was maybe a year ago.

They offer you all you can eat for a certain amount of time, then take twenty to thirty minutes to bring you your first pieces, then after all that they stop asking you for your order and bring you the check early without asking. Scam!

It's a smaller location, but it has the same Gyu-kaku quality! Staff is friendly and pretty easy to find parking. It's a fun experience with friends!

Again, still can't get a reservation. They now have an app. Tried over a week out to reserve. Every time was unavailable. Even 230 PM on a Monday 8 days in advance. I tried every 30 minute slot and no availability. Tried the rest of the week at 6PM, 4PM, and 9 PM. No availability. Admittedly, Wednesday was Valentine's Day so I understand it's full. But everyday for the rest of the week? The app does not give availability windows like Open Table so you have to hunt and peck to find a time. Going on 4 years and still can't get in.

Very good bbq but not the place to eat all you can eat. Our family decided to choose this place to eat all you can eat but for $50 per person with 90 min time to eat I wouldn't recommend as it takes forever to receive your meats. You will wait 30min + just to receive your meats before you can cook it to eat it. Maybe it's their strategy to keep you waiting. I wouldn't go again.
We go here every time we're in town. The food is always great. The service is always wonderful and it's definitely a really cute date spot for me and my husband.

Had lunch around 2:30 PM. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and service. The food was extremely tasty and well seasoned. Service was excellent. I will definitely make another stop next time I visit Santa Clarita.

Service was good but food is not good ? “quality cuts” are not quality. Sauce is inconsistent (I asked and they said it was house made) would heavily recommend trying other Japanese/kbbq restaurants especially for the price point ($60 per person for ayce). I also tried other Gyu-Kakus this one happens to be below par maybe because of different ownership?
