This place is not a copy of another chain, it has its own identity not to mention superior tasting drinks and food! Staff is always nice and attentive. Try them once you will be pleasantly surprised.
Toilets didnt have toilet paper, grilled cheese not cooked which is a shame because it was great when I've been here before. My drink lid was half off when they alserved it where I could have spilled my hot drink all over me. I mentioned to staff abt the bathroom and they blew me off. I used to LOVE it here.
I’m here EVERY SINGLE DAY! Not lying. I’m addicted to, and obsessed with their cold brews (pumpkin in the fall, shamrock in spring and banana or salted caramel in the summer). I sometimes stray to those “other” places, but their coffee just upsets my stomach, and I come crawling right back the next day to my favorite coffee shop! I don’t really ever “dine in,” I just place a mobile order and it’s ready 99% of the time when I arrive.
