I had the sweetest experience on my very first day in Santa Clarita, all thanks to Carmen at In-N-Out. When I realized I had forgotten my card, instead of making me feel embarrassed, Carmen kindly told me, “Go enjoy your food at home, warm it up, and come back whenever you can—we trust you.” I was honestly blown away. That kind of kindness and trust is so rare these days.
Carmen has the warmest attitude and the most genuine smile. She turned what could have been a stressful moment into one that made me feel so welcomed in this new city. Her heart and sweet personality truly left an impression on me. She is such a gem, and In-N-Out is lucky to have her on their team. Thank you, Carmen, for being the highlight of my first day here—you are the best! ❤️🍔🍟

Drive-Thru attendant got my order wrong in the first place, and then she gave me the long face and the look when I've asked her to make it right, without me being rude. The place was not busy at all. You could see the majority of the inside place empty, and it took me like 8 minutes from the time I've ordered to get to the windows. And the food was totally not good, it taste like Carl's Jr. Burger 😕 Definitely the worst experience ever at a In&Out restaurant after 35 years of being a customer.
