Drive-Thru attendant got my order wrong in the first place, and then she gave me the long face and the look when I've asked her to make it right, without me being rude. The place was not busy at all. You could see the majority of the inside place empty, and it took me like 8 minutes from the time I've ordered to get to the windows. And the food was totally not good, it taste like Carl's Jr. Burger 😕 Definitely the worst experience ever at a In&Out restaurant after 35 years of being a customer.

I mean it's In-n-out we come here because we know that were always going to get a great, fresh burger accompanied by hot fresh fries. The service is always up to par. Definitely a favorite over the many years we've been coming here.

No complaints but one. Staff was incredibly professional and friendly. Best fast food burger I’ve ever had, beef was crisp and beefy, plenty of cheese, no complaints. Refillable drinks also great. Fries were a bit flimsy and slightly cold quite underwhelming

This is a classic In-N-Out restaurant with great food and great service. But the vibe and atmosphere are just so off. I can’t put my finger on it but I think it’s related to how crowded it is. Everything here is messy even though the workers try to clean up after the customers. The bathroom is a nightmare compared to other In-N-Out restaurants. Will still come back for the food though!
