I've been going to Jimmy Deans for years. I love the convenience of the drive thru and the service is always nice and friendly. It used to be so good! But I have noticed a change in the quality of the food. Again this review is only for the food. Specifically the Breakfast Burrito -- which was my go to breakfast treat. The last two times I've ordered it, I am sad to say that it has not been good. And the first time I just gave them a pass because everyone has off days. But I went again yesterday and it was just not good. The hash browns were raw. Inedible. And they put so much hash brown in the burrito that you can't really taste anything else. And the green salsa seems different? It just doesn't taste the same. Sad. Not sure what's up with them, but I truly hope they read these comments and step up their food game because they used to be so good.

Will never eat there again. Asked for crisp bacon, got limp half-cooked, Hash browns were not toasted anywhere, looked like they were right out of the preboil pot...Horrile, not fit to consume. What happened???

First time and I decided to go for a veggie burger! The drive-thru was quick and easy and food were very generous portion sizes! The folks running the show were polite and helpful. It's definitely an out-dated kind of feel but that's what makes it unique! Jimmy Deans is the place to go if you're feeling like you want fast food but don't want to settle for Burger King.

Although I'm not one to usually leave reviews, I feel compelled to address the management issues at this burger place. My recent encounter with the manager left much to be desired, as he accused me of lying. This incident only adds to my frustration with the overall experience. Despite the consistently incorrect orders and high prices, I find myself returning. Part of the reason is because I've been coming to this restaurant for over 25 years, and initially, it was because of the good food. However, today's disappointment--paying $15 for a baconless double cheeseburger, along with a salad lacking dressing and flavorless meat--further compounds the issue. The lack of satisfactory customer service, including employees making faces at complaints, only worsens the experience. It's truly disheartening to continue supporting a place where accuracy and professionalism are expected but not delivered.

Jimmy deans brings back those old Burgers you use to get from those mom and pop old fashioned charbroiled burger places like. Tom's, Jim's. I only have tried the burger combos but the whole menu sounds delicious. Good employees l, clean tables it's nothing fancy but it has everything I need and

This WAS our go to spot every other Saturday morning for the Jr. Bacon Burrito. I would go to this spot over the Rye Canyon location because that location doesn’t have the Red salsa, just the bland Green one. We’ll, this morning I ordered my typical 3 burritos and when I got to the window, I asked for the 6 Red salsas (as always). Her response, “we don’t carry the Red salsa anymore, just the Green”.That SUCKS! Looks like this long time customer is moving on….Thanks for the memories JD’s.
