Really good spot; you have to walk through the car wash to get in.

Stopped here for a bite to eat. Food and drinks were good but service was atrocious. Forgot a sandwich then wanted to see receipt to prove we bought it despite taking our order! In the end did apologize with a free bit of fudge so 2 stars!

It sounds like a great place but I couldn't find a way to get there?

Holy fudge Kelly has outdone herself. The fudge here is the best I ever had and the Mocha extreme blended drink is super delicious. Close runner up is the Hawaiian Vacation smoothie. My spot for my daily fix.

Very good place for those who like good coffee, the only thing they need is a little more variety of breads and pastries.

I went into Kelly's today at 11am for a simple cup of coffee. I try to patronize the non"starbucks" coffee shops most of the time. Form now on the Starbucks in the mall will get my business. I walked in and apparently annoyed the girl behind the counter who was on her cell phone speaking some unintelligible language. All I got was a "Yes?" as a greeting and I asked for my coffee. She never stopped her cell phone conversation and poured the coffee. She rang me up, never stopping her conversation, which from what I could tell had nothing to do with the business. I went to add my sweetener etc and there were no stir sticks, so I asked for one. She still did not stop with the cell phone and pointed at the cold drink straws. At this point she broke from her cell phone and told me I could use one of those. To top it off when I went to toss my trash in the can there were a few dozen small gnats buzzing around. I would never eat anything that came from this place after what I saw today.

I haven't had their drinks in quite a while but I remember them being really good. I am giving this review because of the man who works there. He is so nice and made my bad day at work turn into a better one. One of my coworkers sent me out to get her a cup of ice from somewhere and I landed in Kelly's. He was working hard when I got in there. When I told him I needed ice for a coworker he was joking around with me about the ice. It seems so simple but I can't remember a place where someone working there seemed so friendly. He even gave me the cup of ice for free. The world needs more people like him.

Only had the coffee and is horrible. The latte taste like Folgers. Women working at 4pm on 12/20 was so rude. Have had other complain about her but saw it for myself. Will not even greet you. Just stairs and waits for you to talk. Try harder guys as if you have not noticed there is way too many people willing to.

If you could give a negative star rating I would. There is a woman who works there who is constantly on the phone and will not help customers at all. You would be better off going across the food court to Cinnabon or further down to the mall. If you are in to waiting and being ignored then this is the spot for you. If you are normal look someplace else for your caffeine fix.

So I've been to Kelly's a few times for Iced Mocha's etc. and have had no problems before. Yesterday I took my kids to get a piece of candy after being good girls all day as a treat and bought a M&M's chocolate butter cup candy, literally bit into it about a minute after paying for it in means of sharing it amongst the 3 of us and broke my tooth on a candy that was harder than a rock. Needless to say I have notified corporate, the main manager and am getting this situation that may or may not have just been a " Bump" in the road" taken care of. I'm just hoping that in due time I will want to come back. My poor daughters are referring to this place as the store that broke mommy's mouth.

It's easy to overlook Kelly's. They are in an odd location, kind of tucked in the corner like a shy kid at a dance. The last time I had Kelly's was some time ago at the Canyon Country store. I remember getting some sort of cold coffee drink with fudge in it that was insanely good and was like nothing they offer at Starbucks. Anyway, I wandered on in to browse. I ended up coming home with a chocolate covered pretzel and a giant peanut butter cup made with real peanut butter. They also had caramel apples. I had already purchased my son one at Popcornopolis. Honestly, the ones at Kellys looked so much better. Will have to remember for next time. They also serve sandwiches, which was a surprise. The cashier said they had been serving them for over a year. Had I known, I would have gone here instead of Mojo Mac. They have lots of neat treats, I will try to remember they are here.
