They no longer have vegan bibibap. I got the vegan veggie pho, not as good as I remember. Got the veggie fried rice to go, which was really good.
Don't go this place. They are terrible. It ruined my day. I ordered bibimbap whose main part is rice. When I opened my food at home, there was no rice. They refused to refund it even tho they missed the whole point of this food.

Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else. They wouldn’t even serve us water and the food was terrible. Half their menu was crossed out with sharpie marker. I couldn’t even finish my meal and definitely didn’t want to take any home with me. What kind of place doesn’t even serve water when the customer is ordering spicy food? I’m baffled by the lack of courtesy and respect for customers. Do better.

Terrible service. We tried to be a nice customer not demanding just try to order what we wanna eat but no one pay attention to us (and not too busy on that time). We ordered the k-food and yes no water no asking nothing at all. This is our first time here and absolutely no more here again for sure. Thank you.☹️

This is my first time writing a review on Google. I had to because this is the worst Korean food I’ve ever had. I ordered seafood tofu soup and the soup came with tofu and 3 shrimps….not at all what it says on the menu….the kimchi tastes so fishy also….the next day my stomach was aching the whole day…..would never try this place ever again

I love Korean beef tofu soup and I didn’t know it’s available here at SCV. We had a pleasant dining experience here at Lee’s Korean BBQ & Tofu House. Our favorites were the spicy pork and tteokbokki. The staff (I’m assuming she’s the daughter of the owner since the place looks like family-owned and run) was kind enough to adjust the spice level to accommodate my 9-year old daughter’s spice tolerance.
I recommend getting the combo (meat + half tofu soup). My eldest daughter liked her non-spicy dumpling tofu soup. The banchan could be better though.
The space and dining area is small and quite tight, but the staff are so friendly and welcoming.
We’ll definitely be back.

Excellent food. They make their own kimchi. Yummy! Outstanding, friendly service. Small, family, diner style atmosphere

Got the vegetarian tofu soup and pretty sure they put ramen seasoning in it, it tasted exactly like Shin ramen. The tofu was broken up into tiny little pieces. It was the worst tofu soup ive tried. Paid 15$ for it and feel like ive been scammed.
Also got a pho that was way too salty. The toppings were not fresh. The broth was starchy and the noodles were overcooked and stuck together.
The waitress was really nice though.

I had the chicken pho, and this the pho was below average. The chicken was dry and un-chewable. I let the staff and owner know but they just shrugged and went about their business. I’d like to support this local business but request making the chicken better please!

This was our first time at Lee's Korean BBQ & Tofu House. Overall we found the food to be generous in portion and quite tasty. There are limited, but again tasty, options for vegetarians and we didn't leave disappointed or hungry.
The atmosphere could use a bit of a recombobulation. There are a lot of "work" stations around so it's hard to know if you're seated in the dining area or an area where prep or cleaning is happening. Besides that we liked the food we got.
My wife ordered the Tofu Soup which came out bubbling and a beautiful golden color. That plus the sizzle of the Vegan Deluxe Hot Pot that was brought made us realize, hey it's dinner AND a show...and the food is performing for us. When it calmed down a little we started to eat it. It was all really good, and plentiful. You definitely won't go hungry here.
We also got a Chives Pancake which was large and a nice counterpoint to the spicier dishes we ordered.
Our server was friendly and the food come out really quickly too. (There was only one other person in the restaurant on this Thursday night so not sure how that speed is maintained when it's busier.
We wish they had more vegetarian options, but what we did have was good and we'd happily eat it again.

Delicious simple home cooked eats! The owners were very heartwarming and the menu is extensive with both Korean food options and a variety of pho and Vietnamese food options as the owners owned both the Korean and pho restaurant on each side of the restaurant.
The tofu soup was yummy with many side dishes. Pho was fresh and filling too. Affordable prices!

We were really disappointed by this place for having such good reviews. First they must not have had air conditioning, because it was freaking super uncomfortable. The service was very poor. There were two old women who were watching tv and seemed bothered that we were there. Every interaction at our table felt like they were angry at us. Minimal words and a scowl on her face. When the food finally came, I could tell the chicken had been precooked and was simply warmed up. I also found 2 hairs in my food. Sadly I didn’t want to say anything I just left.

The Vegan Mushroom Tofu Soup is good. Just make sure to tell the waiter you want it to be vegan and they will make adjustments. It doesn't say vegan on the menu, but it definitely can be.
