Food was made ready upon arrival. Even during busy hours I was able to get pizza already ready
Most insanely slow and terrible customer service experienced, had to leave without a refund and without my food because of their complete inability.
Not so hot and ready. Two times in a row I waited over 20 minutes for a Hot and ready pizza at this Newhall ranch road location, first time was over 30 minutes. I mean like the only reason to go to little ceasers is because i can get pizza fast,, it's thier entire buisness model right? The Lyons Ave. location is 15 min. away and they are always staffed and ready so just drive over there and you'll have a pizza before this one even takes your order. This cheap franchisee needs to get more staff or lose his business. Don't get your pizza here, go to Lyons avenue little ceasers.
Understaffed. Hot n ready wasn't ready. Had to order it and wait 15 min. I feel bad for all these businesses that can't find people to work.

Our Pizzas & sides tasted good & we got great service @ this location. I will definitely be back to this Little Caesars even though its far away from my home.
Pizza was not hot n ready at 6pm and took 30 minutes for our pizza which they got wrong. Not a good experience

I know there pizza is good, but the service was VERY slow today
This location is well kept. It gets crazy busy on the weekends but the employees try their best delivering their orders. I started ordering online and picking up at the store, LIFE SAVER
Hot and ready on time
Ordered pizza stuff crust, and stuff crust was melted so disgusting, I made several attempts to call and no answer. Worst service I have been to in this location.
Pizza is always really really good, its a min wage job in a not so fast paced city so the service is kinda meh, dont bother calling though, peak or not, they wont answer.
