This has got to be the worst McDonald's for Customer Service and wait time in the drive thru. They just don't care. I am not driving to another McDonald's to get better service.

In the drive thru had to repeat myself multiple times.
This was easily one of the slowest McDonald’s ever. I stopped by around midnight on our way home from Magic Mountain. The drive-thru line was painfully slow—there’s really no reason it should have taken 30 minutes to get my order. When I arrived, there were only about six or seven cars ahead, and I still ended up waiting half an hour. After such a long wait, I finally got my food and asked twice if there was BBQ sauce in the bag. The staff assured me it was there—imagine my surprise when I found out there was no BBQ sauce! I’d expect a location next to an amusement park to handle high-volume traffic better, but nope—this was definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a McDonald's.
