I was so looking forward to eating here. Craved sushi. We were seated right away and got our drinks quick yes but our server was ignoring us and paying more attention to his other tables. It wasn’t busy. He had two tables come in after us. he didn’t even bat an eye. just completely avoiding us. I ordered an appetizer to START with but he never came back to take our order. We just left and went somewhere else..

I’ve been to plenty of sushi restaurants in LA, but this cozy neighborhood spot stands out in all the right ways. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with smiles and an atmosphere that feels both relaxed and welcoming !
The sushi ? Fresh. Impeccably sliced. Thoughtfully presented and just perfection !
The staff is always welcoming and friendly, even though they are always super busy. It’s the kind of place you find yourself returning to again and again ! A perfect neighborhood treasure that deserves all the love and support.

Then to top it off as if they didn't have enough audacity, you get charged an automatic gratuity fee. The rolls are on par with gas station rolls. Patron beware!!!

I waited for about 49 minutes for my food at this restaurant today and the staff was very unprofessional and irresponsible. My son ordered food at 3:41 and the food was delivered to me at 3:30. They lied to me that the food would be ready in 25 minutes, but it took 49 minutes. They lied and gave me the food after a delay of 15 minutes, more than 25 minutes. When we started eating the food at home, the food was cold and had lost its taste. I will never order food from this place again. Especially because of the lies and the very bad behavior of their staff.☹️☹️😞😞

Honestly the food is good, but this is the third time that I have showed up to this restaurant and it was nearly empty, but they could not see me for over 30 minutes. There were about 10 of us in the waiting area and maybe three tables set to eat. The server said she couldn't seat us because she was by herself. Maybe put more wait staff on? I understand a one-time unexpected rush, but this has happened to me here multiple times.
