Ordered food online and by the time we got there our food was gone. Someone took it. They redid the order, in a sealed bag we took it home. When we got home we realized the order was not complete, called them to complain and no one answered. Pretty frustrating. You would think that they would make sure order was completed before sealing it.

Very disappointed. It used to be much better. Ordered the bagel dog. They threw it in the microwave and never bothered to toast it properly. Still cold on the inside. Not sure we'll be going back.

It’s insane how often they get my order wrong. Sometimes it’s minor things like toasting when we specifically asked for something not toasted and other times its jalapeño cream cheese instead of plain. I don’t even know why I bother coming here anymore because it’s EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here anymore just going to buy the cream cheese. So disappointed.

Excellent place to run in and grab a warm bagel they have several delivery options as well and they sell bagel toppings however the workers should drink some coffee that they sell to perk up their attitudes. No smiles, very little eye contact and always seem to not want to be working. They just ignore the customers and work around them like they are invisible like today this morning for instance a customer was getting napkins and sugar and the worker restocking or whatever didn't even move slightly to get out of the way!! Didn't budge!! making him really have to reach over her for what he needed i know your not a server obviously but you don't have to be to have any common decency.

The young man that took our order was very nice and helpful. Food was make quickly and we ate outside. They might need more seating but we didn't have a problem. Probably because of the timing. Food was good and bagels pretty good for the west coast.
DO NOT go to this location. I pre-ordered bagels very early in the morning. Reserved bagels with my credit card, showed up and was told they were out of the one I ordered. Unacceptable!! No call or advance notice prior to driving all the way there. Horrible customer service! They could have at the very least offered to reserve the bagels for us the next day or something for the inconvenience!!???
Just to add to my initial review. As you can see, we get a response from the owner, suggesting that I reach out to their guest service team to explain in detail our awful experience. I do it, and NO RESPONSE!!! Please don't waste your time.

I have usually had good experiences here when I just order a bagel with smear and a coffee, but the other day I wanted something more filling to hold me over and the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel I was served had raw bacon on it. Of course, I realized this once I was at work and was really disappointed. By no standard is this bacon cooked well enough to serve a customer. I was afraid to eat it so I just tossed it. When I was there they asked me if I needed a receipt and I said “no”, but wish I would have gotten it bc I would have absolutely returned this sandwich.
